@@reizero246 she for sure did lie. the telling part is the 2nd half of the story, if you where just a burden to her she would had just left as soon as she could after fusing you with the stellaron, but silver wolf had to tell her multiple times that they had to leave, but she didnt want to. it was even implied that she was going out side of the script to talk to you for a few seconds longer.

I think the lie part was that she was genetically our mother and that she didn't hesitate to abandon us. I think the truth is that she was like a foster mother who raised us and it was difficult to leave us at Herta's station (remember Silverwolf really had to try hard to make her leave) but had to do it since it was fate.
