I started watching you guys when I could back before when Brady first joined the boat and you left to head across the Pacific. I didn't subscribe then, because I didn't know you could. However, after you left Australia and went to Asia, I think it was around then that I subscribed. I think. I'm an old fart, so my memory isn't great. Anyway, I have enjoyed the journey all the way, especially when you guys travelled the Indian Ocean. That was a wild ride to say the least, but the old family bus sliced through the water like a hot knife through butter. What a wonderful ship to take you all so far. Great achievement for all that you have done. I shall keep watching every week to get my fix. I wish I was young again and not a broken old fart. I have never stepped foot on a yacht because I don't have sea legs, so I live my sailing dream through the hundreds of sailing channels that I am subscribed to. Here's a money-making idea: Design CB and power distribution panels with both voltage and current sensors for measuring how much power is being handles by each bus, breaker and outgoing wire. Provide both plugged and wireless (WiFi and/or Bluetooth) interfaces for monitoring all sensors simultaneously. Ability to name all sensors, such as "Bus B," "Microwave Oven," "Induction Oven," "Lights, Ctr Cabin, OVRHD," etc. Include the ability to designate maximum voltages and currents for all sensors, along with a settable (80%, 90%, 95%, etc.) limits with alarms, both high and possibly low. Log it all, with the ability to display only alarms.

Brian, you should always pause in Neutral for a few seconds when shifting between Forward and Reverse, or between Reverse and Forward. They will last longer and have less problems if you do pause for a few seconds.

AVOCADO STORAGE: @kaza -if you didnt know, stow the Avocado in water, covered. cool is best. they will NOT ripen for a week or more, but will absorb water, very slowly. tyhey will stay edible and tasty for a week or more without ripening at all. I haven't tried to oil the skin before submerging to prevent the fruit from becoming soggy- but I suspect it would help. so yeah, get a bucket, put them in. keep them cooler than ambient, but not refrigerated. Otherwise, have you tried this before?

Bon Route to Delos as you cross the big blue Pacific ocean! I don't think a lot of people understand just what it takes to prep and provision for a trip of this magnitude! Hell, I'm working on preparing for a 9 day trip on my Catalina 30 and it's two weeks away from now and the tasks never end. Next up is to replace the flax in the stuffing box, do bottom paint and cutlass bearing, and replace impellers on both water pumps! Always something! Congrats on the 13th year. You guys really pioneered the whole sailing KZfaq genre of videos and it shows in the quality of videos you produce. Be safe, sail hard, have fun!
