I've watched the same Videos several times and if it were not for You doing things the way You do in such great detail, My guess is I honestly would have given up months ago, as You know all about Depression, well I started to Pour trying to help My FIGHT against My horrible Depression. Molly, I always love your beautiful, beautiful work, but I wanted to comment on painting being a stress relief. I think that is so wonderful that you have this to balance your work and you are so right about doing this artwork and getting such joy and stress relief from doing it. I didn't start doing artwork until I was about 40 and it has been a life saver to me for many years now. I have not been as consistent with it as I would have liked, but I don't know what I would do without it. I discovered the pour painting art about one and a-half years ago and there is just something about fluid art that is even way more relaxing to me than painting anything realistically. There is a freedom about it and maybe because if you don't like it, you just scrape it off, has an appeal to it. We don't have to worry so much about the outcome although we always want to make something wonderful. Anyway, I wanted to say that because I just started watching this video and if I waited until the end , I might get sidetracked and forget to comment. Anyway, back to your big painting and one other thing I just love about you is that you stick your hands right into the paint. I just watched another video of yours and your hands were literally died in deep blue!!! lol I do the same thing, but usually put gloves on for the dark colors. How do you get all that paint out of your hands when you are done painting? The point though is that YOU PUT YOUR ALL INTO YOUR WORK and it shows in all ways, even on your hands and clothes. hahahahaha! You are a real inspiration!

I am new to acrylic pouring and I watch you, Olga and Rinske and you all just seem to have together and going back and watching all of your videos helps me to realize it's okay if paint gets on my boobs..lol! I also work in mental health and have family members with mental health disabilities...I used to come home and paint until sunrise and have to go to work...for months i have not painted and cannot find the inspiration to do so...until then I am enjoying your videos..

Niacin is very helpful with mental health, you have to take straight up niacin, not the no flush, you want the full flush. Start small, then high dose up to 3-5 thousand milligrams twice a day. My son came home psychotic from a drug induced psychosis, I didn’t want to use pharmaceutical products, anyway, we did lots of detox and it took 5 months, but it worked beautifully! He is 💯 back to normal now, Anyone in mental health really needs to look into this. A medical director of a mental institution got fired, I think this was in the 1940’s, for curing 80 percent of the patients with niacin who were all able to go hone and lead normal lives.

You do such a beautiful job. I understand what you mean about it being a stress reliever I find it to be the same for me. I have always painted with oil and done oil paintings and I know how to mix and what to do with that and I thought when I saw all this beautiful color in the acrylic paints that it would be an easy transfer over but not at all. I've made one mess after another and I've scraped way too many canvases and in frustration throw them out. So I really appreciate all your guidance and all the beautiful paintings that you produce. You indeed should be able to sell them easily. Have you done any live auctions, or do you have a website or an Etsy site where you sell them?

Love these large canvases but I just don’t have room. I’ve been watching lots of your videos today. I just bought some semi gloss house paint, well my husband bought it and it’s primer & paint in one. Will this work?

Yes it will but I mix regular acrylic paint in with it as well about 25% regular acrylic or if thin the white will overtake your colors

After watching this old pour I had to laugh how much paint you got all over yourself and a new idea came to mind. I think you should get a very large panel, pour the paint all over you and just get on the panel and have fun! Just kidding, but you never know it could be a $5000 masterpiece!! LOL. I use an exfoliate scrub! Soak in warm water

What does the glue do

It's just another pouring medium. Its glue all, not glue though. The ph is still slightly acidic, so it may yellow over time. I only use it now if I am doing flip cup pours to get large round cells. Otherwise I don't use it. I use gloss medium and varnish, gac800, floetrol, and liquitex pouring medium now. Hope this helps!

I got into this as therapy since my husband passed away and I work in medical field so it is definitely therapeutic! I had to laugh when when you got your boob in the paint. I put my whole chest in accidentally when I bent over to blow on a painting and was wondering if I was the only person that does that 🙃

Thank you, I do at times, others not. I drfinately wash off as soon as possible. I just get excited to paint!
