Understanding Dynamic Nerfing & Game Balance // This goes for all of our videos. You may realize that sometimes the 1 immortal or radiant has more money, shields, etc. Or the enemies have light shields, reduced economy, etc. This is why most of our videos are close matches. They are balanced to the teeth. This means rule-sets are set in place to create fair gameplay for everyone involved. Sometimes we do this "dynamically". For example: Maybe a low ranked team would start with pistol only, then get a specter and light shield. After switching sides they maybe can full buy, etc, etc. This gives a sense of suspense to the video as the opposing team would slowly face an increasing challenge!

@@deepanshu00730 If he's on attack he will lose if he doesn't plant and if he's on defense he will lose if they just plant on the site he's not on, so there's no real benefit to doing it.

@@zaoex328 Yeah, I know, I was just trying to be a little creative...It's more like you, when you have planted, or when they are rushing towards you to kill u, go and climb somewhere high, so that you can see the spike, they cannot do a thing about it... Of coarse it will not work on defense, unless times' running out, or but on attack, it can work after u plant spike.

being solo vs 9 on defense seemed nearly impossible it takes the whole round to kill 9 ppl and it’s almost impossible to diffuse with so many ppl just waiting to kill you 😭

It would have been more possible I feel like if they killed whoever was planting and then tried to hold spike but I noticed a lot of the time they kind of ignored that factor (minus the times they were all the way across the map of course lol)

45:36 Right here is actually a fantastic example of the radiant’s decision-making. In that scenario, Ditto was saying they should’ve baited one. However, if they baited one, Reyna would’ve had time to plant the bomb, pull out their classic, and right click the one that pushed, effectively losing the round. The two ascendants basically were forced to both push out and try for the knife, allowing that INSANE clutch to happen.

It takes 4 seconds to plant the spike, Reyna killed Brimstone at ~3.81 seconds. Had the Jett remained hidden, Reyna wouldn't have time to plant the spike.

Although I am sure there are Iron players who don't want to get pity kills, it's nice to see that high ranked players aren't so sweaty all the time and make it playable for them. RIP the Bronze Reyna though. If the Iron chose Reyna and Bronze chose Breach, I think their results would've been better for sure.

I do think that the of all maps sunset is a really good one for the solo person. Lots of locals to slip by and sneak past the knife horde. And lots of space to peak corners while keeping distance to not get knifed

This was a very fun content, the silver player was playing very logical using odin-reyna, but to be honest IMO most of the higher ranker players just wanted to enjoy it w/ phantom.

Not really, the ascendants early on would get demolished by the radiant player. They were still fucking around and they were able to work on coordination using the bronze - diamond players.

I feel like him having zero deaths is the cherry on top. Showing us that "yes there's an aim diff." But also a tactic diff, he has time to think about things that for anyone else would be overwhelming. Using Ult when needed at the end of the round so he can close out and still have dismisses, so much so that he doesnt even die. In the mind of a radiant is a crazy place.

If anything proves strength in numbers, it's this lol The crispy radiant though. The immortal had the gamesense, but the radiant had the aim and game sense. Everyone else looked bronze in comparison. But I think 9 immortal/radiant knives or more practice might beat the radiant, they threw a bit

1:13 I think the smartest picks would be people with distance movement i.e neon or yoru or agents with stuns like deadlock or breach that way you have time to reload your gun. I’m assuming omen is banned or useless for obvious reasons.

Mid way watching, wouldnt jett be best, unlimited ammo if you get kill. Updraft to stop possible knife, considering reyna dismiss just allowed them to group up. Dash to run away, and you can use it up to 6 times. Other than that neon is a good option too

I’m a level 25 silver 2 player and my biggest struggle so far is aiming (i play a lot of FPS but never anything with aiming like Val). Ngl, watching you play… it really made me feel better about my aim 👀 Jokes aside, this was fun to watch 😂

Next time make all the knifers buy a vandal or phantom or something so ammo isnt an issue because the one with the gun can just grab a new gun off the floor if they get a kill. That way you can see the difference in ranks with real guns because everybody is just gonna spam an odin and that looks the same at every rank
