Thank you. We are all grateful to you. Your nuskas are easy to use. Most hakim/ vaid use things like gaund moringa - white, black, yellow, etc. Not available anywhere, even in big cities. One small suggestion - kindly give hindi name also. With salt there is lot of confusion - this sea salt is "kaala" namak or "sendha" namak ? And what is rock salt ?

Neither Sendha nor Kala Namak. Sea salt is what your elders have used in Pickle making 40 years ago when it was a must for each & every family to have their own Aam Ka Achar . Google साबुत नमक saboot namak _ you will get the whole picture.

Hey even I have dry skin,even in summer it gets dry when I bath 2 to 3 times with soap and don't even ask about winter,sometimes there will be cuts if I don't put lotion for a long time. Can u give me info about anything related to dry skin,be it cleanser,moisturiser,serum etc anything

Do yog nindra meditation once a day . Use sea salt fir Exfoliate n Hydrate . Technique start at 13:00 mints -- In a hlf bucket water ,add 2 tpsn of sea salt thn take a towel n put into that bucket .Before taking a bath u should use this sea salt water by rubbing the wet towel of sea salt water on ur body i.e.(Exfoliate). For Hydration --To hydrate ur skin Take hlf spoon of sea salt in water n drink sea salt water daily .👍👍 Can u tell us this sea salt water is of cold water or warm water or normal water 🤔🤔

नहीं समुंद्र का नमक अलग होता है ये तो कैमिकल वाला नमक है.. समुंद्र का नमक मिश्री के जैसे क्रिस्टल की तरह होता है.. फैक्ट्री में जाने के बाद ये समुंद्र का नमक कैमिकल युक्त हो के आप के पास पहुंचता है.. हम कुछ सालो से समुंद्री नमक काम में ले रहे है...
