Is it still possible to find cheap and delicious street food for $1 in Bangkok Thailand in 2024? Let's find out!
In today's travel video I am inviting you to make a Thai street food tour in a train market which only local people know - it's called Bangson market.
It is located in just 30 minutes drive from Bangkok's downtown (in Bang Sue district of Bangkok) and you can come here via public transportation system! The market is unknown to foreign visitors, however it has so much to offer - delicious and cheap Thai street food, unique atmosphere of the railways area and amazingly friendly and nice people!

You visited the market near where I lived! The opposite side of the road where you ended the video had many stalls closed on that day! One of the shops closed and you haven't seen it is a Pad Krapao shop, which sells the best Krapao I've ever had. Yes, I've eaten Pad Krapao for more than 100 places and that place is just top-notch! I guarantee you! That side also had delicious, cheap shaved ice shop and a juice bar on a van, which sells refreshing mango juice, all closed on the day you went there! Anyway, glad you enjoy the place! 😁

The places mentioned usually opens every weekday during dinner hours (80% of the time). So if you are lucky (which I hope you will be) you might find those shops open!

Hey Mickey good to see you out again in the heat of BKK. I cannot imagine 40C, at 30C it is plenty hot for this northern frostback. Nice local train market, if there is grilled squid available you will find it!

Hi Gene! Yeah, such temperatures are unbearable even for Thai people, while for me as a person who grew up in the cold and wet climate of Baltic sea where the summer lasts 1 month with top temperature of 25-30 degrees Celsius - such heat feels quite brutal. Can't wait for the rain season to begin!

Really lovely 😍 filming, content and of course Filmmaker indeed, after 3 weeks waiting. 😘😘 FYI, according to "Squid" is not fish, so we are calling only "Muek" instead, "Wan (is Whale)" as well, trying to get off word "Pla" when we realized squid is not fish. 😁😁😁 Squid = Pla Muek = Muek Whale = Pla Wan = Wan Dolphin = Pla Loma = Loma

ถ้าให้เลือกกินระหว่างผัดไทยกับขนมจีน คนไทยส่วนใหญ่จะยกมือกินขนมจีนค่ะ😊 ขนมจีนราดหน้าน้ำยาปลา น้ำยาปู แกงเขียวหวานลูกชิ้นหรือไก่และน้ำพริกถั่วหอมๆ
