Looks like a great camera for the money. I just got the Tactacam Reveal X & so far love it, the range and night pictures are awesome. Not to mention, it's cellular & works well. I do like to have a few budget cameras, now that the quality keeps improving.

Hey Duane! I was still looking at some trail camera videos and saw this one on your channel from a couple years ago. Looks like a nice little camera for around $40! Interesting on the 4 or 8 battery capability. I may get one to use pre-season and get a few more if it works out. I do like to use the Python locks on my Browning cameras and like the ability to lock the sd card panel, but, not deal breaker if the price is right. The Dude always abides, if the price is right!

Great video I just bought 4 of these and loved them. The tablet I have been using to viewMemory cards has died. Any suggestions on something that won't break the bank? 10 inch screen.

Just bought this trail cam and put it out a day ago. I have 3 cams and it was the easiest to set up out of the 3. Everything you said did come in the package and that was a nice Xtra selling point to me and also how many people have bought it so we shall see how battery life is and quality but yeah I like it so far. Thanks for side by side video because I was wondering how the quality is, great video.

I suggest the Vikeri 4K newest version with more applications. It's worked like a charm for me and captured lots of pics and videos sharp and clear. Easy to use and reliable.

That's the first camera I ever bought and I can confirm it does the job and with good quality photos. The problem is I lost it. Ha, ha! I don't think anyone stole it because I don't use it for hunting, I use it for finding lost cats and dogs. So I put it in the tumbleweed in my neighborhood, which is like a black hole, in the middle of the night and I doubt anyone saw me and went and stole it. So I went to buy two CEYOMUR 20MP cameras for 30 or 40 bucks apiece. The quality is just as good but is low glow instead of no glow like the Vikeri and the Vikeri probably has more features. Anyhow, I would recommend either camera if you don't want to spend a lot on a quality camera and don't need cellphone capability. Also, the Ceyomur does not come with an SD card or batteries and the slot for the SD is a little difficult to work with because the card goes in upside down and is very tight trying to get your fingers in there.

Hey do you know how I can transfer the files from the chip to my computer, is there an adapter I should get if so which one.

I just put out two of these cameras (the A1 model). They are out with my Browning trail cams . What I don't like is the micro SD card, much harder to replace in the field because it is so small to handle. Also, the two buckles to close/lock this camera are not easy to flip open or to close. So far, better get better pics or they won't stay out for long. The jury is out.

How long do you think the batteries will last on only picture mode?

Yeah, um, so would you please tell us HOW to view the video or image from the cam??? WHat freaking buttons give you that because I've tried everything and can only view the last video taken. HOW do I access the rest of the footage? Talk to me like I'm 5, because it's not clear. Would have been helpful if you showed exactly how to view.

I just bought the Vikeri Trail cam shown in this video. It works alright, but I am having a small issue I was wondering if you know anything about. I have the camera set to take 20 second videos with a 10 second lapse between. The first video it captured was 20 seconds, but all the rest of the 15 clips were only 2 to 7 seconds each. Some even cut off after 2 or 3 seconds even though there was action in the frame. Is this normal? Thanks Reply

I have one of those, I put 8 yes. 8 Panasonic battery’s in the camera all brand new, I also changed the voltage out of the new package and all 8 batteries read 1.62 volts, anyway the battery’s only lasted 2 days with 40 pictures, no videos just pictures , the camera is decent but boy it drains battery’s in 2 days also I have it set to where it only takes pictures from 19:30 until 06:00 so only 10 1/2 hrs only at night completed useless to me if the battery’s only lasted 2 days

bought this trail cam to find out what was living in my garage. was easy to set and it worked great. ends up I have a feral cat staying in garage at night. He's young and my cat has been showing up. seems they are friends. trying to tame him.

Will this hold or support long lasting rechargeable batteries? Can it hold a solar panel? I love this concept of monitoring; however, I do not wish to keep replacing batteries every week. Plus alkaline batteries do not perform well in extreme cold.

However, we should have just noted the dimensions prior to purchasing. Otherwise, we love the doorbell. It works perfectly, and the video is very clear, even at night.

Be advised...if the camera stops functioning it`s almost always the crappy micro SD card. Be sure to get a good one as backup.

1-The problem with a micro sd is that it is SO tiny you drop it in the leaves, or weeds, its gone. They really should have stuck with the full grown sd card. 2-Why don't trail cam makers build a clear plastic case like Go Pro does? Here in the Pacific Northwest it rains like a firehose for days on end. We have to protect out cams.

I bought this camera good price if it worked. 8 days 4-night pictures and 50 day pictures set it up beside my old camera it had 30-night picture and 115-day videos sent it back got the replacement real fast set up same way in 2 days 0-night picture and 24 days pic another camera had 8-night pic and 181-day picture and videos, so it is going back also both camera were set the same not very useful if it misses most of every thing

I am a photographer! I bought two of GardePro from Amazon, believe in me none of these cameras worth a penny! Unless of course you just want to see some visual. The quality of specs they offer not even 720p, photos are NOT 16mp nor even 4mp just a screenshot of what’s being grabbed from that 720i (interpolated/ upscaled) image. Think of these details which I mentioned when you buy one of these or else you’d be very disappointed. Besides of all, Wifi only works under 10m or 32ft distance. Sensor/s misses the action, leaves in a wind triggers the camera/s. Frustratingly cheap items made in China (yet again) and shamefully sold in Amazon! 😣 (I just want to warn you all)!

The Browning is zoomed in and the Amazon camera is zoomed way out thats why its wider view. Not really better. The Browning is expensive because of the name but is a junk camera you would be amazed what the Browning really misses all the time. Do a real review with a Stealth Cam vs the Amazon cam.

I had no luck with this camera. Based on this review, I ordered two cameras. I put new batteries in each and neither one would turn on. I had them replaced with 2 more. These 2 initially worked but they had issues. Even though I had the video length set for 10 minutes, the video would stop after 6 minutes or so even when there was an animal in front of the camera. I had set out food for animals and when I reviewed the camera there would be no video. In spite of that, I ordered two more cameras and set up a triangular shooting scene. I set out some chicken bones one evening. The next morning the bones would be gone and none of the 3 cameras picked up the animal. I walked up to the shooting zone during the day and a raccoon was eating some shelled corn. I thought that the cameras would've picked that up. None of them recorded the raccoon. While reviewing those memory cards, a turkey had walked through the area. 2 cameras did not record it. One camera did but it only turned on just as it was about to walk off the screen. I'm returning all 4 and moving on.

Just got that camera today. Looking forward to seeing the first photos. VERY easy to set up and use. And the price is great.
