Hi, I can’t remember exactly when the pools opened but it was quite early, definitely wasn’t 24/7 I think they close when afternoon meal starts. So around 6 Thank you so much for the kind words! ❤

Hi, thanks for your comment. Yes you can eat as much as you’d like and bring as many meals back to the table. Restaurants are open at certain times of the day but they do also offer some food later on at night!

We were a little disappointed with the check in when we arrived as we felt they rushed through things but we’ve heard mixed reviews. Thanks for the comment!

The beach is located at the wet’n’wild section of the hotel, definitely walkable like mentioned In the video, takes around 5-10 mins to walk, beach is definitely clean and we saw it being cleaned after every day which was great. Hi, yes it is included. The snack bar/restaurant we went to is all inclusive, it has prices on the menu but I think it’s an old menu that they haven’t uploaded. They also have ice cream, different snacks & a bar to get drinks from. Thanks for the question

It’s around a 15 minute drive, you can grab a taxi or a private shuttle like we did, it cost around €40 so €20 each way but we guaranteed a pick up slot!

Starbucks is included!!!

Depending on what you’re looking to do outside of the hotel. A coach to land of legends and back cost us €40 & then food on top of that. I’m sure £500 is more than enough for spends. Thanks for the comment

I’d reccomend bringing both currencies, a lot of places price things in euros, even the hotel. But supermarket’s etc had things priced in lira. We took both, and we felt it really helped us. Thanks for the comment!

Hi, we didn’t actually do the land of legends theme park/ waterpark. We did the shopping Avenue and the shows are included in the avenue and it’s all free. Definitely reccomend seeing it!

Hi, yes you do, it’s around a 5 minute walk to get there. Alternatively they have shuttles running to and from, which are around every 10 mins or so. Thanks for the comment

We can’t remember the exact number however the deepest the pools got were around less than 5ft. There were a lot of section of the pools that were shallow so two section in the main pool where you walk yourself in that gradually gets you into the pool. And also a small sectioned off area which was around ankle height. There were also splash parks in both the main hotel and wet n wild that were suitable for kids. Thanks for the comment!

There was a board as soon as you enter the wet and wild section, saying what time the entertainment was on, we found it was usually 9:30pm. Thanks for the comment

Yes all staff that we came across were very understanding of the English language. They also have a tui rep who was very helpful.

So we never actually used the steam room and jacuzzi, however when we had a tour around the facilities and they informed us that the sauna, steam room, indoor pool and jacuzzi are all free to use.

Thank you so much! They didn’t have a party unfortunately, they had entertainment when we went but not a night party, I know there were a few hotels close by that had parties! ❤ The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes! Nice and easy to get there! They also have shuttles going back and forth!

The hotel was clean, the the cleaners were really nice! We unfortunately didn’t rate the food after a few days as we felt it was quite samey and not 5 star quality. We have been to plenty other 5 star hotels that have a lot better food. If you haven’t watched the full video I have shown clips of what the food is like and what our review is on the food. We found the breakfast and lunch was ok, but evening meal was a disappointment.

@tomg3131 there wasn’t much going on outside the hotel. I wouldn’t say there is any restaurants within walking distance. We got a transfer to Land of Legends to get some food. But they have some A La Carte restaurants in the hotel, we didn’t try these but they are at an extra cost around £20 each I think. Thanks for the comment

Unfortunately we didn’t go to Belek, but we did go to Land of Legends which cost us €20 each way

@@elrasho24 Hi, it’s free to enter the shopping Avenue, you don’t have to stay at the hotel to enter that. You can also pay for the Theme/water Park that they have at Land of Legends. I’d definitely recommend visiting the Shopping Avenue at night for the night shows. Thanks for the comment

We wouldn’t visit the hotel again, we don’t think it lived up to the 5* status that it is given. We have visited many 5* hotels and would not class this anywhere near to a 5* hotel unfortunately!

Would reccomend any Tuiblue hotel, we’ve stayed at a few and think the service & food is great!

It is yes! Queues can sometimes get a little busy but you just need to pick the right time of day. It’s only in the main hotel and not in the wet n wild section.
