This is ServiceNow CMDB training. You might have heard about CMDB word many times while working in ServiceNow as an end user, developer or administrator. You must have learnt about CMDB in your ITSM and ITIL trainings.
If you have established process of Incident , problem or change in your organization however you do not have effective CMDB then these processes won't work effectively.
