@@lifinaleI somehow beat B-X by single tapping. Don't ask me how I managed to do that. And yes, my arm hurt like hell shortly after. Though this was in the ye olde days when there only 6 worlds + the bonus world.

You get it after completing the Neo Cosmos DLC. Not sure if you have to perfect all of the maps but you get it from there.
