About Cesc at Como, he is the boss in everything but name. He does not have a license and so his assistant is listed as Head Coach in name and him as assistant while he gets his coaching badges to avoid fines

No he is not. Cesc IS the assistant. Go watch Osians interview with Sgorio (It is in Welsh but it has subtitles) he is the manager. Cesc is the assistant. Osian cannot speak italian, does not know the club or area, Cesc does, and therefore he speaks for Osian. The way Como play are exactly the way Osian has set up since he was managing at Porthmadog and the way he advised Viera and Coleman to set up at Wales and Crystal Palace. Cesc even says he’s been learning a lot working under Osian, and that he is a great mentor. People keep spewing this for absolutely no reason when it simply is not true. Osian even rejected the Wales job, which he has said many times was his dream job, but he rejected it as he’s committed to managing Como until his contract is up. Also he’s just been given a contract to be Como manager until 2026. It’s not gonna take Cesc that long to get a licence. I don’t know what more evidence you need.

About Fabregas at Como, he is the manager, but due to the regulations of Serie A and B, which require the Italian citizenship or a work permit to coach, he lacks the coaching badges to be an official team manager, so Como hired that guy, who on paper is the manager, but in reality, Fabregas does the team talks, the tattics, and the changes, and it is visible in every Como match, the other guy purely does the more burocratic and public things, like doing the press conferences.
