So, what was the rehab?! What was helpful for the patient?! Basically what this video said was that there was a patient who had vestibular pots and you came up with something that helped them yay. Very glad for that person.

It’s been amazing seeing your content on pots/dysautonomia. I had no idea that there was anything that could help. Certainly the salt, stockings etc has never helped. I have now found a couple of chiropractic neurologists in the uk and have reached out. Thank you for your excellent content.

Have struggled over 30 years. Earliest episode i can remember fainting was in very early elementary. My whole life everyone treated me like i was weak, attention seeking, and lazy. In my early adulthood/20s i lost a scary amount of weight fast with zero effort after i quit breastfeeding- i thought i was dying. Ppl accused me of being on drugs... i was nervous to be in public bc what if i pass out or have an episode where i seem drunk or something. I don't even drink or do stuff. I smoke but I'm trying to quit It wasn't until i was in my mid 30s i got a diagnosis during my final pregnancy. It took the cardiologist all of 5 minutes so i actually called him a liar (sorry, doc). The simple diagnosis (with time) has proven to be life changing bc I'm actually not lazy and i don't like attention and i don't want to be dependent on anyone else to do for me. Sometimes i eat things and it literally affects me like I've been drugged. I get accused of having an eating disorder or loved ones treat me to a meal but I'm scared how my body will react. I never really know what's gonna do it. Sometimes i shake. That didn't really happen as much until i got sick in 2020. I now have a diagnosis but idk how I'm supposed to function in society anymore. It feels horrible and hopeless. I worry about driving even. I have no insurance and no way or knowledge how to get disability. Given that throughout life I've been able to go decent spans of time without passing out, i felt optimistic and to try and hang on best i can in hopes i recover and am not living labeled disabled my whole life. I'm not even 40. I tried extra salt. I tried more fluids. Is there anyone else who feels like their body is going anorexic against their will? Has anyone found a solution to being able to actually eat when your body is no longer interested bc the amount of times it got badly ill has created aversion? I look disgusting like im wasting away and i just want to feel better and be healthy for my family. When i have the pass out episodes it truly feels like im dying- very painful and always scary. It leaves an effect on you having to live like that and don't know what's wrong.

Fantastic video Doc and a great outcome - I'm really glad to see you back with these case study videos, they offer a lot of value! When it comes to POTS/orthostatic intolerance, how would you distinguish between someone with a vestibular issue and someone with hypotonic baroreceptor responses? I understand that both are important in our ability to stand upright, but are there signs you observe in your clinic that clearly separate one from the other, or do both usually exist together? Have a great weekend my friend :-)

Thank you for the comment and question. This seems like a pretty general question that others may have as well so I think I’m going to cover this in a future video! I’ll keep you updated!

Please remind me of what VOR stands for again? As well as what was the origin of the PTS? Was it concussion or viral?
