Ok they found the baby's blood in her own dad's house so why wasn't he charged or all 3 parties????? It doesn't make any sense to me 😢😢😢😢so sad 😭😭😭😭
@trickortrump3292Ай бұрын
Because police can’t just charge everyone in the house with murder. That’s not how it works. Every child has bled in their own home at some point. The guy is definitely guilty but police need more than just being able to tell by the way he’s acting. They only have one shot at convicting him at trial and if they jump the gun and put him on trial now without evidence of what specifically happened and he’s acquitted, they won’t be able to charge him when they find her body and perhaps other physical evidence. Look at how many people here are saying “He either killed her or he’s covering for someone in that house”. That’s exactly why he hasn’t been charged. We can all see he’s lying but nobody knows for sure what he’s lying about.
@lrod070Ай бұрын
I am not understanding why if they found blood inside the father's house the police hasn't pressed hard for him to talk? His daughter disappeared under his care and the explanation he is giving doesn't make sense.
@immealldayeveryday9425Ай бұрын
How is he free, his story about how she disappeared makes no sense, 3 people in the house and no one saw nothing, the baby’s hand broken while by dad and his explanation once again is not adding up, blood found in the house thier explanation she was vomiting a lot till she threw up blood but yet no one took her to the emergency room, it’s outrageous that he is not prison

What a lot of people don't know is that DHHS/CPS was involved. Little Ayla had a breakdown when she saw Justin she was terrified of him. The police had no choice paperwork said to "Remove her from her Auntie's care." The police officers knew Ayla was terrified but couldn't stop DHHS/CPS Karen Small's false paperwork. There is so much more to Ayla's story than this short clip a lot left out.

I think the girlfriend did something to the baby. That was why they were arguing outside and he was arrested for that domestic against her. He wasn't the only one sleeping in that bed....I think there was a jealousy issue. That story she gave about the child having 'lactose issues' being way the blood was found....come on. If your child has 'lactose' problems and are throwing up and blood is coming out you get her help....

I would never blame a victim of a crime but I would also teach them things they can do to avoid situations like this. A lot of teens drink and that’s obviously illegal. Parents should be more pro active and honest with their children about things like this. So when placed in situations they can make the right choices. Have an open line of communication so that your teen feels comfortable calling you as well!! I feel sorry for these girls I really do. I drank as well underage so I know it will happen!

Long story, I'll try and make it short. Justin's mother, Phoebe (grandmother), pushed Justin to see his daughter Trista agreed, thought the relationship would be go for Ayla. Trista checked into rehab and left Ayla with her sister. Grandma Phoebe contacted a family member (Karen Small)who works for the cps system and had Ayla taken from her aunt's care. So Trista left rehab to fight the court system and cps system to get Ayla back. Trista the few times she was able to see Ayla she would question Justin about Ayla's Bruises and broken bones. Justin put life insurance on Ayla as soon as he took custody, Grandma Phoebe paid Justin had no job.

@CompUter-oo7er the little girl kept coming home with "mysterious injuries" from the fathers house, yet the mother kept allowing the father to care for the little girl. Listen to the matter of the fact voice Justin shows no emotion. Probably the g/f along with the father who killed his precious toddler now damage control by Justin to make it appear as an abduction to cover their tracks. The fact the father had primary Custody for only two months with prior injuries while in her dad's custody with his toddler's daughter arm broken another sign of child abuse.

The parents had shared custody of Ayla. I think the dad only had custody on weekends. When the mother went into rehab, she left Ayla with her sister. But, the dad's mother sent a friend (a social worker) to the sister's house with a police officer to get Ayla. That's how Ayla ended up with her dad despite the suspected abuse. Trista (the mother) had previously reported her suspicions of abuse to authorities.
