I absolutely love samosas, I buy them at a family owned Indian restaurant near me. They used to be filled with big chunks of potato, handmade by their Grandmother. I noticed that now they're making them with mashed potatoes and I'm too afraid to ask why. They were so much better with chunky potatoes. I hope nothing happened to their Grandmother. The taste is still there, the texture change though has made a big difference in the enjoyability. I'm watching these be made and my word, that's a lot. I can imagine the wonderful aroma. I appreciate the hard work by everyone. This is one of the most wholesome channels on KZfaq! 🧡 Of course, besides G'Ma, the children are one of my favourite parts to see!
