This model not support the car info in “ dashboard “, the car is too old , there is no data transfer from original vehicle to android screen. So, this problem always there, in our website, we write this problem in our website.

The sound of android screen work via Aux cable , not by WiFi or USB; if our android model , it can install front and back cameras. Other sellers product, you can ask them ; thanks

Hi Paul, I have more questions. Does the Android screen and the iDrive Knob only come in black? Does the iDrive knob? replace the cup holder? My dash interior is gray. Will this still work in my car even though I don't have the storage bin? It's just the shape of the bin? How long does it take to receive this unit. I live in the States (NY).

hi, yes, that is ONLY BLACK color, it replace the cup holder; This iDrive knob is just work for Android menu, the car with or without OEM screen, we offer the same iDrive knob. When send by DHL, to US normally take about 5~6 days for delivery.

Hi Paul, I have a BMW '04 X3 without the storage unit on the dash. It looks just like the storage unit, but it doesn't open. Will this still work? What do I need to order for it work. I don't have AUX, so I know that I need to order that. Thank you for your time.

The X3 E83 without OEM screen, it choose this model: hifimaxnavi.com/products/android-bmw-x3-navigation-gps-for-bmw-x3-e83 But it require the car with AUX-In, if there is no AUX-IN, two ways: 1, You can find a local tuning shop to add it, it need to code the car and add the AUX cord 2, You can use FM Stereo modulator, this also ok, but since it is wireless signal, it might have interfere，so, to add physics AUX-in is the best way.

You using android auto or CarPlay function? Or just Bluetooth? Not so clear your question. If the CarPlay ( iPhone), that is wireless connection, just pair by Bluetooth, then will be ok .

It need to remove the aftermarket parts ( display or radio), it have to use original radio head unit .

You can also operate it by touch screen, the idrive knob is just an other option for operation

if your car is X3, without OEM display, in the setting, there is a setting call " car without OEM display", you need to choose it. if you can not get into android screen completely, that need to check details, so, your seller might know more on your products and your case, recommend to contact with them.
