I wish we captured figuring it out on video. We were using a “fire safe” aluminum plate but found out it wasn’t really aluminum and it started to bow and melt into the fire. That’s when I saw the tongs and was like hey we can just X this over the fire. Haha. (Also the solo stove fire pit accessories set has been on sale the past few days!)

@@TheSometimesBuilds I used a cast iron griddle top across the top of the solo stove. Last time I used it the fire was too hot and it burned off the seasoning. It's still waiting to be reconditioned :( Since then Ive picked up a 20" pitboss griddle which I use most of the time now. I'm liking the ikamper.

Dude you push the button on the ladder pin. You don’t need to hammer them out. They glide effortlessly in and out.

Your ladder broke because you’re not setting it up right, the unused rings have to be slid all the way to the top and at a 70° angle per the instructions.
