Thanks for this video. I’m an airline pilot and actually I put so much effort into my career that I never took care of myself and I looked like shit and I even smelled horrible. I had lots of cavities and my breath smelled really foul. People especially the ladies were really turned off by my appearance, but I have completely changed my self and have taken initiative with my hygiene and appearance. My dental bills were extremely expensive and other health affects from not taking care of my body . And I sacrificed my life for flying airplanes and this is where it got me. But let tell you brah you look amazing! I watch you’re videos for advice thanks man!

if you can, try to loose the trap / club beats background music its really distracting, and sometimes hard to hear and understand what you are saying, id suggest something more calm or softer in background, vs. the club / trap stuff, im currently training to be a pilot i love it so much, i have wanted this since i was young. i agree on personal hygiene i wish more people practiced good hygiene in general . nobody wants to smell ya lol
