Good info, thanks. Surprising they are all so similar eh? I have the Anvil 10.5, and it is a good set up, especially for Winter brewing here.

Having a problem with grains going through the grain basket on the G40, even with a corse mill grind. Any suggestions?

Oh right, sorry for the late reply! Ya get this sorted? I do get a fair few grains from time to time too but it when I go to full capacity and they escape through the handle holes. GF sell a top plate which I'm yet to get my hands on.
