Lumos maxima, protego maxima and the ability to fly around as mist. Can't remember what it's called but the colour of the mist (black/white) would depend on your choice of wizard(dark/light). HL2 should give us apparition and disapparation since it'll be year 6!

Top ten must have spells that I would like to see. 1) Lumos Maxima. (make an orb of light float around your body instead of a standard Lumos from the tip of the wand. Useful for cave exploration, dark environmental combat and doesn't turn off when casting revelio also follows u while flying. 2) Reducto. This could easily be used in combat for several types of reasons but also in exploration and to blast open objects or walls etc. I know u can do this with bombarda but Reducto is still an iconic skill. 3) Confundus charm. Perfect for a brief type of silence for casting or stun for enemies. 4) Aguamenti this spell would be visually cool let's face it we all love it in the movie. Cast this spell to engulf an enemy In water and maybe pair with Glacius to solidify opponents. 5) Immobulus this would be great for capturing beasts, combat scenarios etc and I think personally just sounds cooler than arresto momentum. 6) Expecto Patronum for obvious reasons it's bad ass. 7) Incarerous spell would be great for binding adds while fighting dark wizards or maybe have evil bewitched centaurs fighting you. Variety of uses. 8) Fire tornado but also have a talented version to trigger maybe a fiend fire aswell like perhaps u could have a fire tornado and if its talented could be casted as a Tornado and then a dragons head spawns out of the top and comes crashing down on the enemy as a critical finisher something you would expect from Liu Kang in MK as a fatality. 9) SectumSempra I'm sure this would probably be abit hardcore for younger kids playing the game but it can't be denied it would be a sick spell to use in a duel as a finisher or something. 10) Ventus this would be a cool element to Include it seems odd to want fiendfyre and aguamenti without forgetting about wind power aswell. A Tornado would be a neat idea for a finisher of some kind. I would like as a positive possibility to have the Episkey charm to self heal which is maybe less potent than say potions but maybe good if enemies could cause some kind of d.o.t spells like burn or poison or something that would be nice or get rid of potions for healing completely and use Vulnera Sanentur to heal health only and keep the other potions as they are. Mechanics I would love to see Apparate animations used when doing fast travel instead of using the floo flames as it just doesn't look as appealing. Why on earth did we get a cool white type of a teleport/dodge but didn't get to unlock an option to fly like voldemort. Why can we not have black if we wanna be evil and white if we're good and have the option to fly like they do in the movies without needing beasts and brooms all the time. Proper opportunity missed I think. Even just unlock the option to self fly and choose what colour we want it to look like problem solved. 100% need more wands. I think we can all say we all love the wands. We need more customisation for the wands and the outfits should be able to be dyed or something. Patronus would be amazing, think it’s unlikely unless we get just one fixed form for all players. Main thing they need to fix is people actually reacting to using dark magic/ some sort of bounty system. I want to go rogue and have the ministry come after me. My player spent days going around casting avada kedavra on poachers. Even right in front of the Professor he was killing goblins and dark wizards. No repercussions makes it a bit meaningless.

Arania Exumei would be great against spiders especially against huge ones

Fiend fire could be used as a side summoning thing similar to the stuff on the plant/potion wheel

Amazing video! I've read all the books, seen the movies etc. Yes, you could call me a nerd and YES, I have plenty of ideas on HL DLC and HL 2...

Here are a few spells I would like to have in the second game : -Electro a long or middle rage electric and stunning spell. Could be improved with a kind of Chain lightning to strike multiple ennemies. -Restrigo or Incarcerem to bind ennemies for a few seconds -Rictus Sempra or Terentalegra or Locomotor Mortis a non violent way to disarm an ennemy. -Silencio to prevent an ennemy to speak or cast spells during a period of time. -Lumus Solem a powerful blinding charm that with enough practice could be focused into a laser. Also good for obliterating and blinding vampires, undead and creatures of the night. -Expecto Patronum !!! A must have of the Wizarding World ! -Diminuendo/Reducto to reduce objects or ennemies. -Amplificatur / Engorgio to enlarge objects or creature -Apparition charm a short distance teleportation spell. -Locatum or The Four-point spell to find hidden things instead of using Revelio all the time. -Illusio to make small illusions and distractions -Appare Vestigium to investigate a location -Nebulus variation of Meteologinx to blind ennemies.

Have Stupefy available in the spell set

4:30 - I feel like the Confundus Charm would be better than Obliviate in terms of having the opponents distracted temporarily

The patronus charm is my all time favorite spell. I was really missing it in the OG HL.

Everyone's raving about an Animagus dlc or a Patronus dlc, but the amount of animal models + animations they would would have to create to fit everyone's unique Patronus or Animagus just makes it unlikely in my eyes. Unless they just give us an animal and we have no choice which one.

Professor Black uses a spell in the final bus that we carnt Use Expulso by it is similar to Bombarda and Depulso , there’s Sectumsempra but that’s a slicing charm similar to Diffindo that’s already in the game

10 spells that should be in the update or DLC Cheers for the mention Andy! 10. 🦌 Patronus charm With the amount of animations for each animal I’m not entirely sure they would be able to do this, I’m not saying I wouldn’t want that I would, after all my patronus is a hedgehog hehe! I think non corporeal patronus would be great but if they can add all the different animals even better! The charm requires positive emotion for it to work properly as you know, so what if our experiences in the game with companions,classes, adventures, flying, combat etc contribute towards that, perhaps we get to make our own pensieve memories we can reflect on which boosts how strong our charm is. 9. 🗿 Piertotum locomotor Really thought we would get this spell,or at least Locomotor. I know we have the imperious but that’s different, being able to enchant suits of armour or statues would have been very handy for distractions or to take spell damage for us,& given the amount of statues & armour in game why not? Also useful distractions against prefects/faculty if curfew was implemented or just to annoy or prank fellow students. A little off topic but being able to Summon an object or person in the way of the killing curse would be great to I know our foes don’t cast any but I’d like if the did in the next game & we have the option to block the killing curses path with an object or foe. I expect the ashwinders will be out for blood..our blood. 8. 🧠 Obliviate I think obliviate would be useful in multiple situations.Stealth, combat, dialogue, passive exploration etc We could use it against prefects or staff in the castle to make them forget our bad deeds, outside on our foes to falter their attention & we sneak by, combat where one foe temporarily forgets what their doing or even apparates away one less foe to deal with. Or say in dialogue where someone sees us up to no good & threatens to report us such as a student or a hogsmeade NPC, use obliviate in dialogue or if they try to apparate we freeze & obliviate them * Also didn’t know or I probably forgot, Bakar Obliviated the goblin? That just adds fuel to the fire for me & makes me loathe him & the keepers even more* 7. 🪢 Incarcerous I would really like more non lethal spells ( as much as I love the lethal spells) I don’t think we have enough subdue spells at all & with how close we have to be with the body bind which doesn’t make sense why we’re so restricted to short range only, incarcerous would be a great edition & hey it may with an upgrade even permanently bind foes if they are low on HP, or what if the devs implement charging up spells undercharge it doesn’t work overcharge we bind ourselves. 6. 🤫Silencio If this is in the game already then it should be a part of the game, too many low hanging fruit elements that could have been put in it last year but weren't even after launch . Handy to prevent foes from calling back up or slipping by them & on the Fwooper that induces insanity if in there presence for to long. 5.🤡 Riddikulus Would make a great edition especially giving us a reason to traverse the castle for all its secret, again another spell cut or didn’t make it in. Use the charm on chests, cupboards, secret doors etc When learning this charm we select our fear along with it or perhaps we select several so it changes upon everytime we open a chest so we don’t know what we’re getting ( It would be handy to have some sort of detection charm to let us know if there's a boggart in said location so we can prepare for it rather than being caught unaware..then again there's revelio) 4. 🐾 Appare Vestigium & Nebulus A good charm that could help us solve mysteries that are unsolved or to help us find culprits or murderers that don’t want to be found or either deceased victims or those still among the living help find closure. Nebulous useful for quick escapes or if you want the upper hand in combat or if you want a private conversation 3. ➕ Brackium Emendo I didn’t know this was a proper spell..thought it was yet another made up one from Lockhart haha! but it would be very useful not to rely upon WW all the time & have a proper healing charm or an alternative like Ferula, perhaps we will need materials for ferula. 2. 💃 Tarantalegra A useful spell for pranks on students & professors or foes to dance for our own amusement. 1. 🔥 Fiendfyre & 🔥 Protego Diabolica It’s annoying having only 3 fire spells in the game, Incendio, confringo & the AM confringo ( though we can’t assign it to any buttons so I’m hesitant to call it a spell when it’s random) Fiendfyre would make the ultimate fire curse for the dark arts or Firestorm for the opposite. I like many thought the fire columns were FF but their too concentrated on the one spot & the caster needs to remain static, it’s still a very dangerous curse nevertheless, Fiendfyre would be great as a large AOE curse & crowd control just to get rid of many targets at once, but a cursed fire should remain & not diminish after seconds. PD could act as an ultimate defence & offence of intentions not necessarily conforming to good or evil but to who is loyal & who is not to the caster. Perhaps we cast this if we become overwhelmed by foes & any who cross it perish something I'd like to add 👇 It’ll be a blast!💥 Expulso/Reducto These two curses should be in the game for us to learn & it’s just very annoying that we can’t Learn them, to me confringo is more useful than Bombarda of which I found the 1st version of bombarda more useful than the upgrade, to me Bombarda just isn’t powerful enough against foes( plus the amount of times I've been blasted of cliffs by that duelist Bi***) I like both but I really want Expulso & Reducto it would give the player much more choice over which blasting curse they want to use..& I’ve seen it added with mods so it’s not impossible, both should be there without mods regardless. It can’t be because the curses are used to differentiate foes, considering the duelist, Animagus, Assassin, infamous foes, & Harlow all use the curse..besides it’s not a matter of us not being powerful enough, that’s total BS..we can use AM & unforgiveables like its nothing. Expulso uses pressure as opposed to confringo which uses heat. In the earlier 2018 HL footage showed the MC launching the curse at a door which had devastating results, turned the door to splinters & sent a pack of goblins flying.. One of which got pinned to a pillar by a sword, I want the visuals & effects of Expulso back in the game, it just knocks us back a little when foes use it. Reducto, not sure what this uses but I want it in with the same devastating results, in the SOP we see Natsi being blasted back by it & our MC rolling out the way in another scene & you could hear the massive explosion in the BG with the camera shaking. Reducto should cause a huge explosion useful for blasting structures or foes to pieces. Thanks for the video & for reading & have a great day :)

Regarding system updates: how about legend based maps? So you can see only treasure caves or field guides pages...the mapp is really over stuffed (and you comment about smaller maps a video ago would make this necessary)

One of the perks to Zelda over Hogwarts is you can return to your bed each night and go to sleep. The pattern is important. Additionally, the ability to sit in a chair would be nice. These two things are much more important to me than an additional spell.

We can include the alchemy and muggle studies, aincient rune, arithmancy classes

I feel like the spells we got for combat were a bit too... same same. Explosion and telekinesis stuff. I'd prefer some of those to be more like part of a combo and upgrade to other spells. And maybe some of the more useless spells like reparo into a trigger like alohamora or a like a seperate spell wheel we its all the non combat ones. I'd like more elemtal spells, or some animal spells like the snake one malfoy used idk.

Don't forget about shadow of war they used the ring just like the piertotum locomotor spell

I think we need more enemies and creature to fight I think a huge villian we need are wizards who use just only the 3 in forbidden curses and creatures from hogwarts mystery and awaken

Silencio could be used like how Sonic Shock (2077) used to be, preventing them from calling for reinforcements while Obliviate can be used to return to stealth like Memory Wipe

my DLC spell wishlist - reducto, lumos maxima, aguamenti, incarcerous, expecto patronum i think its ridiculous that people want extremely powerful dark spells like fiendfyre and protego diabolica. our character is 15 YEARS OLDS! why would they be that OP and how is that fun anyway? lets keep it "real" as far as wizarding world terms goes. our character being able to see and perform ancient magic was a nice touch but not over done

People need to stop making these stupid videos about "What we need in next uodate" or "Next Update should have blah blah blah"... We're not getting any updates. The only updates you might want are new mods from the Modding community. That's the only hope for updates you'll get.... in terms of legit updates, Hogwarts Legacy is dead.
