Sir, Art 368 not mentioned for simple majority then where to mentioned sir? And, This simple majority (like based on CAA) passing from which one for below Present and voting from 2/3 +1( like as art 249) Or Present and voting from 1/2 +1(same as ordinary law) Thanks sir
