The Predator World 10-Ball Championship boasts a $100,000 added prize fund and features 64 players coming from all around the world. The event takes place at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA from September 6th to 10th, 2021.

It is sanctioned by the World Pool-Billiard Association, presented by CueSports InternationalI - and Predator Cues is the title sponsor.

This event is promoted by @playcsipool and is held alongside the amateur CSI Leagues events by @bcapoolleague and @usapoolleague

Yeah.. Not quite the "King of the world now, im I?" 2002 pearl strickland. Pool is now dead. Clean, everybody plays like the next guy.. And the jump cues.. Oh, well.. We had a good run.

I took a jump cue off a guy about 10 years ago.. He was desperate for cash.. Never used it once, haven’t played anything but one pocket, for cash, for decades.. Fuck rotation, fuck jump cues, fuck tournaments, and anyone who runs a one pocket “tournament” should be drawn and quartered.. Rant over..

My road partner in the 90’s had it laid down so good, he got 10-8 from the guy who owned the cue club in Vegas, 2 months before he went undefeated as an amateur to win the 1998 US Open one pocket.. Lol.. And 6 months before he lost in the finals of the 9-ball world championships.. We made 100 grand that night.. How much did that poor schmuck win “chasing his dreams?”.. $15K?.. lol..

Pool has become a complete joke. I fast-forwarded this, like all the others too... Dead audience, boring play all-around, buckets of pockets, most players just play the same style and/or game. And allowing these combination and golden break rules at a World Championship??? I used to watch matches for hours, the old ones, and still do. These new ones show nothing really, with the exception of a few events and players.

Back in the day Efren Reyes and Earl Strickland would be trying really hard shots just to show off, it not only looks cool but wows the audience. I can make bank shots almost like these pros, actually I don't miss banks very often lol but even a lot of pros are afraid of leaving a bank all these new players just want to play safe and make sure they leave themselves the easiest shot, my best pool games I've literally broke and ran and was in the groove so to speak didn't take long to aim, shoot, next shot literally under 3 minutes for 8 ball. I swear playing my friend I've racked 10 games in like 20 minutes of 9-ball lol only won some of them. He does shoot at a pro level basically lol on my good nights I can sometimes rarely win more games than him

Oi is a very good player who had a couple of mistakes. Wdym he was lucky to make it to the finals? He played extremely well through the entire tournament. You don’t get to the finals of a tournament like that from luck
