So I just caught a baby rusty craw and I wanted to know how I could possibly create a bio active space for it with plants and other species that will kind of support themselves kind of like a terrarium is there any advice or knowledge you could share with me

I have 5 neon tetras in a 10 gallon tank. How much space would you recommend me to have to put a crayfish in there

As a rule of thumb: as much room as you can get. You could maybe fit a young or small crayfish in (you might loose a few tetras) but it also depends on how much floor space you have in that tank.

What? That has never happened to me... I have lost other fish in the past but never the kuhli loaches. The only possible way I could see this happening is from not enough hiding spots for both your crayfish and fish or not enough room in the tank. I'm sorry for your loss though.

my crayfish just got stuck in its molt. I've raised it from the egg to what it is now. he was only about 2 years old. I've been very paranoid recently and I keep on worrying that it'll happen to my other crayfish

maybe if your tank has enough room for your fish to stay away from your crayfish but I wouldn't recommend it.

@@crustaceansaustralia My tank is 2 feet long and 1 foot high. I will make only zebra fish and guppy fish in that tank, will putting crayfish in it contribute to the danger?

Maybe, as long as you know you can keep your fish and your crayfish relatively separate then it could work. Be prepared to occasionally lose fish though. The type of crayfish you get can also make a big difference. @@Gaming_Osa
