You must be kidding me! You mentioned Santa Ana, and not Laguna NIguel?? Do you live in OC? Oh okay, so living in a rich and safe neighborhood isn’t the best. I get it!

I live in Orange County and much of this info is wrong, like turtle rock is not a city

To me, Santa Ana would be on the bottom of the list, if even on the list at all..

Seal beach is cheap because of its large 55+ senior community that also have $500+ hoa fees. Santa Ana has good and bad areas. Aliso Viejo med homes are not 440K. A one bedroom condo is 550k. If you don't surf there are actually nice states to live in where homes are affordable and you have 4 beautiful seasons. Washington state, Oregon and Tennessee are just some of those places.
