Hey Leila, thanks for your video! Once again fresh ideas and options for us to expand our collections without breaking the bank. 😊 Now, I blind bought Joop! Le Bain in October 2021 as I was intrigued what the scent would be. And it was indeed really unexpected, such a gem, such a wonderful perfume. I love it and till this day alongside with my niche babies, I spray Le Bain and enjoy it to the fullest. Now you got me with the Korloff Majestic Tuberose, but unfortunatelly I cannot find it anywhere here in Bulgaria. Probably on some travel abroad I can get a bottle. Thank you!❤️💐😊

Love your hair and videos are so well done! So anyways..... this is not a hidden gem per say but I don't hear many people talking about my all time favorite fragrance- Houbigant, Quel que Fleur. It lasts forever and the scent is everything to me! Again, great videos and you have my support!

Hello Dear Leila, I suggest You to revise to try MOSCHINO FEMME, a wonderful 90s gem and "the wedding of Guerain Shalimar and Chanel N5" as I read on Fragrantica. It is very distinguishable, the bottle closing looks like 90s jacket button or so popular in these days ear clips :) and it s VERY affordable and long lasting, but not agresively long lasting (I do not like perfumes that last very long, I like the perfumes that know the correct time stay and correct time to leave :)), like velvety melting into your skin :) Sadly that good things tend to disappear with time like MOSCHINO COUTOURE! hope that Femme will stay sometime longer :)

I have been wanting to try lataffa for quite some time and thank you for that because I think I'm going to now as far as the koop le beine, I absolutely love that fragrance! I have at least 3 bottles of it. For me I get a really strong powdery quality to it with some Orange blossom and a couple of of the notes I can't quite describe and yes it is polarizing because some people absolutely think I smell fantastic and other people whine about it, lol.

Thanks for your videos. You inspire me to try new fragances that I never heard of, leave alone buying them. Next week I am receiving Junoon Rose by Al Haramain. Also bought Rain drops Ajmal which I like for the spring time. About Ted Lapidous fragrances, I cannot stand Rumba at all. For some reason just does not smell like a perfum to me. First of all, thank you for your videos, they bring joy to my soul - I didn't even know perfumes can be described in such a vibrant beautiful manner... I would love to have your opinion on a very affordable fragrance that my sister and I completely disagree on: Caudalie, The de vignes ("Vineyards tea"?). I absolutely love it, while my sister hates it with a passion (she just cannot stand it!) I can't understand what she is so repelled by in this fragrance, because I find it to be so calming and comforting ...

Hi Lavinia, thanks for your comment. Unfortunately I have not tried the fragrances you've mentioned. But we all are so different: my husband hates my favorite fragrance from Patricia de Nicolai Patchouli İntense and calls it "Grandpa Cologne" 😁 but I love it and wear it in spite of that 😂

I've already bought Ted Lapidus White Sould Gold & Diamonds and it is so beautiful and nicely projecting so I ordered back up bottle last week for €23!😊 I am also thinking about Ajwad and might give this one a go if I can find it! Also from Ted Lapidus I have Oud Blanc and it is very cosy, soft, powdery, oudy rose. I like that one as well!

Leila this video was indeed helpful and interesting. From your descriptions I can’t wait to buy the Ted Lapidus and Lattafa scents. I’ve not had much success with blind buys, however, I don’t think I can go wrong with any scent that smells like Alien. As for Ajwad, I think it will be a love at first sniff. I am so interested in smelling Lattafa Ajwad but the fact it has rose is worrying me as I don't care for most rose perfumes. Is the rose real prominent in this one? I think people still only started discovering KENZO WORLD POWER ! Olympea is lighter, tad sweeter and more flowery, KWP smells more sophisticated and can lean unisex even

OMG! I've got the Lattafa fragrance, it beat most of my designer scents and became most favourite one. On me it smells 2 days in hair and all day on skin ! It gives me woody/fresh/fruity vibes with no hospital and no burned sugar ;)

I blind bought my dad Blue jeans some years ago and he ended up loving it and rebought it a few times. Also, one day I was in Marshall's or tjmaxx in the US and I was browsing the men's scents and a man there was asking me which scents were cheap but good so I recommended Blue jeans. I hope he liked it but I'm sure he did, I've also thought of trying it myself as well. Great video!!

Goodness me it's a real gem. It cost me here in NZ 80 Nzd or 65 without the delivery. But I can't stop smelling it. I AM NOT A FAN OF DELINA AT ALL. But this one really IS much much better than anything even close to DELINA. I want to share with you also that I love Jeanne by Lanvin. To me it smells much much better than Delina.

Hi, I wouldn't be surprised if you already have this but a beautiful one that is affordable is a new one from Roberto Cavalli called Paradise Found it is devine and is a great performer and Thankyou for your videos... I really enjoy watching them and i love your recommendations... I have bought many and will continue too... I have Ted Lapidus White Soul Gold and Diamonds and White Soul...Both are devine and underated.(This PERFUME obsession is real)

Lattafa Ana Abiyadh. I have the ‘Poudree’ one which looks the same as the red bottle you have, but it’s a peachy colour. It is powdery, but I think that one has adelydes in it because some people say that one was a dupe of Narcisco Poudree but I find it more ‘airy’ but not light. When you spoke of that in the last Lattafa perfume you mentioned, it made me realise what it was! Might have to try the last one because I have been thinking about Delina but it is quite pricey.. was wondering if there was an Arabian one similar so thank you Leila. The bottle of that looks amazing! I think Lattafa seem to be a reasonable but quality brand.

Have to say that I blind bought Ana Abiyadh Poudree because I liked the look of it, my first Arabian perfume. It was only about £15 for a large bottle. Was worth it as it’s a nice but different, good quality scent that I often wear daily now.

Probably my description was misleading so I want to specify: Amwaj is not Delina dupe, it mostly leans towards Intense Cafe with hints from Delina.

Just goes to show that "cheap" is different for many people ;). 40 bucks for a 30ml isn't cheap for me. There was a discussion on this in the comments of another fragrance KZfaqr I follow some time ago who was wondering what was considered affordability. She eventually decided under $€25 is a more logical "cheap" line to follow based on average salaries. Especially at the moment with the extreme gas prices and almost doubled everything else-prices in most of the EU. And I wouldn't be surprised if you have many European followers. Anyway, not to throw shade, but just as a tip. Maybe you can do an "X amount Affordable fragrances" video with that max? Would be great! I discovered your channel a few days ago and with your calm demeanour and great tips you're slowly but surely are becoming a steady part of my Perfume journey ❤️.

Dear Leila, could You please tell me - what type of musk is in Lattafa Ajwad perfume? The problem is that my worst nightmare is Tiziana Terenzi Kirke (I even had to take out the trash at night where I threw away the blotter :))) - I just hate this dirty vulgar type of musk. :( I even had to give Rassasi Shuhrah to a friend - for the same type of musk, although there are ten times less of it there than in Kirke perfume, but that didn’t help. Oooh, IF there weren't THIS musk in Shuhrah... Meanwhile, Narcisso Rodriguez's musk is no problem, like in lots of other compositions containing musk. What is the situation regarding Ajwad? Thank you! 😍

Hi, it's definitely not TT type of musk. I also struggle with his and Montale /Mancera type of musk. It's much softer and less harsh there.

@@styledigest9819 the thing is I don't like Olympea. I also don't like JHAG Vanilla vibes. But I don't know why in this Kenzo I don't feel the salt like I did the first time. And also I wasn't bothered by the salt note until this summer.

@@styledigest9819 Thank you for the quick response. Guess what? After your review, I put it on my online shopping cart, however I did not have the patience to wait for it to be delivered. So I took my legs off to the perfume shops near Gold souq and got me a bottle. The vibe I'm getting is a mellow Mancera Roses Vanillle or Montale's Roses Musk (once it settles down). Thank you for the recommendation. As so happens with these impulsive shopping sprees, Ajwad and few "bottled relatives" went home with me. I cannot turn my back on perfume finds or good bargains.

So I purchased the two Lattafa fragrances…….absolutely love ana abiyedh rouge……divine! But ajwad…..really hate the aldehydes to the point of feeling nauseous and headache 😔. The other notes I can smell are really nice but the metallic note is too prominent……….I really wanted to love this……any suggestions or advice anyone to make this more wearable? TIA

I think the big problem is the aldehydes...they're not going to go away, and there's nothing you can do to tame them. Do you notice if they last for hours or disappear in 20 minutes??

@@roringusanda2837 I know……I smell the perfume form time to time to see if it’s getting better and it’s slightly better but I don’t know if I’ll be able to ever wear it. I don’t know if the aldehydes disappear because I had to scrub this off my skin several times to get rid of it! I’m too afraid to try it out again in case I get a headache!

@@sonjaemery I'd say it's a lost cause then... regift it to someone or sell it or donate it to a thrift store.you either like aldehydes or you hate them, there's no in-between, and they're never not going to be noticeable...they're in the formula to BE noticed...

Я всегда снимала на английском. Не понимаю претензий!? Почему-то моё нежелание дразнить людей и с той и с другой стороны, которые сейчас не могут себе позволить по той или иной причине купить ароматы (даже те, которые ранее были бюджетными) воспринимается как предательство. Одна половина моей аудитории сидит в подвалах или стала беженцами, а другая попала под санкции, а я буду показывать им свои новые купленные ароматы, о которых им только остаётся мечтать. Как вы думаете какой будет реакция людей? Люди видят в этом какой-то политический или корыстный контекст. И почему-то считают нужным приходить на мой англоязычный канал, чтобы выразить свое недовольство или оскорбить. А я не считаю нужным оправдываться. Я в своём сочувствии людям своей вины не вижу!
