The reason why the GT 350 sounds different is that it has a 180 degree flat plane crankshaft, this design basically turns a v8 into 2 parallel 4 cylinder engines, which is why most v8:s with a flat plane crank sound like a 4 cylinder engine, so to rescue the sound, Ford decided to use unequal length exhaust headers, which gives uneven exhaust pulses and a more raspy sound. For information i can say that the reason Ferrari v8:s sound the way they do, is all down the magic of the flat plane crankshaft design To get that thundering roar, most v8s are famous for, you need a 90 degree cross plane crankshaft design, which is the most common v8 design used in road cars

Kinda sad my biggest letdown, the M5 E60 is left missing here, because in FH4, although sounding way too synthetic, they got the pitch right and it screams. FH5 sounds more natural like it should but it sounds like it's missing out on a few thousand revs and simply lacks the drama.

Huracan super trofeo sounds fantastic alongside the scv12 and i know exactly how that na v10 sounds as ive been to many gt3 races and its so distinctive in person, can hear it clearly half a mile away from the track. It compares well to acc too, really impressive from forza lets see if they can keep this up!

I think that the recording running cars is flawed, they should actually come back to standstill recording, or even combine the 2. (Sorry if I got it wrong because I don't remember much)

Something I would love to see Forza do (that would also make for a good video) would be for them to add brand name exhausts as extra race exhausts. For example the Gintani Aventador exhausts, the Quicksilver Veyron exhaust etc. and then to fill it out a bit more, they could use HKS and Magnaflow etc that would have exhausts spanning more males and models.

The x5m and m6 sounds like the e92 m3 which is weird because The f10 and f90 m5 sounds somewhat like a real m5 and they all share the same s63 motor.

the coyote in the base mustang is a cross plane crank V8. The GT350R has a Flat plane crank like a ferrari which makes it sound like that but ford uses some exhaust trickery to make it more american sounding, listen to a c8 zo6 for a 5.0 flat plane.

In stead of the car shifting at the max rpms how about shift at 4.5K rpms etc but I would also like a airplane take off and you could travel to previous maps and if not more places to explore in England for instance you could go to London and Cornwall for eu how about driving to monoco and to the autobahn etc

I just started the video and the imma say, the Hellcats have the wrong pitch of supercharger and I hate it, because what if I want to keep it stock? Im forced to either upgrade the supercharger and remove the charm of having this powerful car come like that stock, or deal with that pet peeve of mine, and the worst part is that the Jeep Trailcat has the exact same engine, and has the correct supercharger tone!

The actually had the wrong engine sound for the m2 because the M2 has the engine from the 335i and 435is but it sounds like the m2 competition wich has the engine from the m4 so I think they should change the sound

I wish cars had pops and burbles because there seems to absolutely zero on basically every car. Pops and burbles give the car much more character. Forza Horizon 4 had pops and burbles, and some sound better. For example, the 981 Cayman GTS had pops and burbles which sounds WAY better than the 981 we have in FH5.

Yes, and the thing that annoys me is that when you change the air filter or exhaust on most v8 cars, you lose the rumble and you get more flat 4 cylinder like drone sadly, this did not happen in FH4. As lucky is they fixed the Vipers and the Subaru Legacy RS from FH4, now they sound the way they should

They was even better in fm4 days, and fh5 has some good sounds, but so does gt7 and crew motorfest so its not the only racing game around with good sounds
