As much as there are penalties to driving a car without a license, there are still cars you can drive without a driver’s license “legally”, especially if your license is suspended and you want to get around without taxis, there is a good number of cars that can serve this purpose, but with limitations.

So good because in my country many cant afford renew road tax, renew licence, even touch n go top up, RFID also cant afford. Petrol cant afford, even pay instalment vehicle also not afford. I hope this car in my place.

Anybody know of a good speed vehicle of some sort that's fully electric and I won't get pulled over by cops in texas , karnack and waskom areas to be exact and is to badly priced , I'm in desperate need of a vehicle for work but just need it to get there there I a timely fashion as I'm about 18 to 2o miles from work , thnx in advance to any and all who help

As interesting as these are, none would be permitted for driving in the U.S. since they have to be determined to be street legal first, and would still require the appropriate licensing for both the vehicle and driver.

Lol. Everyone in the US has a right to travel, but isn't legally permitted to drive a car without the car being licensed as well as the driver. There is no 'traveler' law that permits it otherwise.

The dmv in usa pretty much scares into not wanting to drive anymore. Too much tests and paperwork and rude people to deal with plus its too pricey. Might as well ride a bicycle before they say you need license ride them

As far as ik u the minimum age to get a driver's permit is 16 , so that may pose a problem init of it self but u can drive farm equipment at any age

But if you only have less than $200, you can get a 50cc mini quad bike. Designed for kids, but adults can drive it too. :) AND can be dirt cheap. AND no license whatsoever.

@@jakecoles1575 Yes look up Light Quadricycle or L6e 350kg's or less. The Ami is a large Quadricycle and therefore requires a full license.

Is there any effort to get these vehicles pass nhtsa and customs for Street licensing in the US? I'm tired of Detroit's overpriced cars. Many are short life in the unfairly disadvantaged the family budget. Of course neither the Democrats or the Republicans do what the people want anyway. Remember we don't have a democracy we have a republic and a corrupt one at that.

I honestly don't understand people's obsession with cars you can drive without a license... A license attests that you have the bare minimum knowledge to independently operate a vehicle on the road, and while I don't believe that it should be required of cyclists or these cars' drivers to get a license, I strongly advise everyone who wants to be on the road to familiarize themselves with their country's legislation.

Well I have a coworker who’s technically intelligent enough, he’s just bad at comprehension in any testing environment. So like, he could tell you the rules of the road but couldn’t answer if you asked complex questions without taking awhile

You also assume that this is targeted at people refusing to get a license whilst its mostly for people that are not able. Lets just cut out the obvious demografic of teens that are to young but qualify for this. There are people that got suspended from driving for a few years, this could be rightfully so but giving those people a lesser option so they can still just go get groceries for theyr families etc is not a bad thing. Or people with medical conditions that are not able to get a license for example epileptic people. These don't go fast nuff and gives an option for this demographic to actualy own a vehicle that can replace a car, my girlfriend is epileptic and mobility impaired thus i am considering getting her something like this so she can get around when im not there. Altho i do admit that the increased availability of electric bikes with build in cariege (bakfiets we call them) lessens the need for this but its still to consider. Hardly anyone would buy these to avoid getting a drivers license its more like an option for those who are not allowed.

It’s the money factor, if you can save or not have to pay to move around and not pay : 400$ - car, note a Month 150 - car insurance, a Month 175$ - every year for city stickers ?? -?Emission tests Also so the upkeep of the car. Do the math. Numbers don’t lie. On top of the cost To have a nice roof above yo head. It’s a no brainer at the point
