On my last post I was talking about Christian parent that don’t want a teen to listen to secular music then they should obey their parents in that. But…then that teens birthday arrives and a Christian parent that tells their teen not to listen to secular music, sings happy birthday then they would be considered a hypocrite because singing happy birthday is actually hypocritical because singing happy birthday is a secular song. I wasn’t saying that all Christians can’t sing happy birthday or listen to secular music because I would be a hypocrite myself since I do sing happy birthday and listen to secular music. Prince did not sell his soul to the devil, he was a God fearing man who made many many, songs glorifying God, especially later in his career when he matured & cleaned up his music & image. The track "Dance W The Devil" was an unreleased song from the 1989 Batman film that sampled Jack Nicholson's Joker saying the line in the film to Batman "have you ever danced with the devil in the pale moonlight?" As I age, I have realized the importance of being vigilant in my faith journey. When you are new to faith and not careful, celebrities and music artists can deceive you with their influence. They may subtly cast magic spells on you without you realizing it, leading you to cooperate with them, planting seeds of sin in your mind and distancing you from God. While you may have eternal security as a believer, you may not be useful if you allow yourself to be immersed in the lust of the eyes, lust of the flesh, and pride of life that they promote. It's not expedient for the growth of our relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, so it's better to avoid them do not watch them nor listen to them.

So sad these people don't recognize that Satan hates them and will destroy them when he's finished with them Our God is long-suffering but He has limits. Probation is closing very soon and they might still have a chance for a renewal, a clean heart if they want to be freed from these sins. Those that are still alive need prayer.
