Product Description
Very fine pigment powders ready for mixing with a medium for painting, glass staining, candle making, acrylic nails, & many other arts & craft needs. In normal daytime conditions the pigment crystals are brightly colored and visible during the day. However, under Black Light they charge and react with a "glowing" ambient light in the dark. These powders require a UV/Black Light in order to be seen in the dark; they DO NOT GLOW in the dark. Day Blue is a Royal Blue & reacts back an almost Navy Blue. Day Green is a dark Grass Green & reacts a bright Neon Green. Day Magenta reacts a Deep Magenta. Day Orange reacts a Burnt Orange. Day Pink reacts a Neon Salmon Pink. Day Purple is a Royal Purple & reacts back a very Dark Purple. Day Red reacts an Orange-Red. Day Tangerine reacts a Neon Tangerine/Light Orange. Day White reacts Off-White/Light Blue. PLEASE NOTE: THESE ITEMS ARE NOT GLOW IN THE DARK- THEY ARE UV FLUORESCENT ONLY. ALSO NOTE: as is common RED generally fluoresces an orange-red color (SEE PICTURES). Likely but may be toxic if burned. At least would be a bad smell I would think. Another option would be add diy UV liquid but again concerns with burning: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/hdaTfLWKnL6Reqc.html

+Michele Little This powder does not glow in the dark but does glow with a black light. I do have some glow in the dark powder though.

I don't see why not but I would think it would take a lot of powder to see it. Try it and post a video showing your results.

@@KTFG My main concern is whether or not it would be unsafe with a flame or if it would be toxic to burn. Otherwise I'd be interested using it in small tealight/votive candles xx
