That’s what I was thinking. My friend had a nose job to help her brew things. It’s not always for aesthetic purposes. Either way he seems happy!

Yep I thought the same. My husband just got his deviated septum fixed. Didn’t make his nose smaller or anything just to help him breathe

lots of people do them for more health reasons. if he has for example repeatedly broken it it could of been negatively impacting his breathing. nose jobs and plastic surgery isn’t always to “fix” imperfections

Ya but I think people assumed it was Cosmetic because typically that’s what this trend is for and the pose’s he was making like a close up side profile of his face which suggests it’s will be different after the surgery which it was not so I can understand people being led to believe it was cosmetic

Maybe there was an issue with breathing. We can never know the full details from outside.

it didn't have to be plastic surgery right away to improve his appearance. It could be a simple operation to better his breathing, his nostrils, for example, could be small or uneven, it can cause snoring or heavier breathing at night. I hope that helped :)
