At this time of year you see, Mother Nature does like to make sure all the leaves are blown off the trees, nice fertiliser for the ground. Thousands of acorns fall off to become more mighty Oaks. The squirrels are in heaven. Then, she makes sure everything has a good drink before the frosts set in. As for humans, I do believe we are meant to go into semi-hibernation until the Spring arrives. Most people are half asleep by November & don't really wake up again till April. Ah beautiful April.

So basically rubbish weather for half term, and then better after it ends.
