This trip to Japan was absolutely EPIC! From a workshop tour at the legendary Hayashi Racing in Osaka to a private track day at Suzuka Circuit, Epic Scenery and volcanic peaks in Hakone and cruising to Daikoku PA in Tokyo finishing up basking in the serene beauty of the Golden Pavilion in Kyoto.
This trip to japan was Absolutely Incredible making new friends, Seeing unique cars and creating memories that will last a lifetime. 🌟
MASSIVE thanks to Jamie from Hayashi racing for going above and beyond for me and helping out with this trip! You are a bloody legend mate 😀

@theskidfactory the mini sprint shells are super cool too. Significantly faster than a normal shell thanks to better aero. You probably didn't notice, but it hasnt got the external vertical seams, Aso, im pretty sure they have a slightly raked back front glass. Add this to The lowered height and less weight combined together make them punch thru the air alot better than a standard " brick" 🙂

Come a long way from an extra on an extra of a KZfaq channel, glad to see all the works paid off, you're doing what most millennial car guys dream of

My parents (both) raced Minis in the 80's, using Jack Knight gears, Quaife differentials and Kent Cams. We didn't go on fancy holidays like the other kids did, I started to learn welding and repairing Minis in my primary school days though. Sunday will always be race day to me. They used to run their race engines in, in the road cars haha - 1380's on road tires was one way to delete tires. Congrats to you both! Enjoyed the video, seems a lovely place.
