I love your videos and watching the connection you have with Zora. I too have a very close bond with my Mal. They are very smart dogs. I'm amazed by mine every day. Theres no way I can carry him though. I'm getting up there in age and also have rheumatoid arthritis but thanks to him and his need for exercise, my quality of life has improved considerably. Just like Zora, he is happier out in nature... so am I. 😃 Have fun, be safe and I look forward to watching more of your videos.

i put down a deposit on a wedge camper, seeing videos like yours makes me feel like i can do it full time., looks mighty damm cold with all that ice forming on inside, than again you have those -0 sleeping bags & that doggy for heat.

Really time for getting a Chinese deisel heater. So affordable and work fantastic. Also keeps the RTT dry. Don't torture yourselves. Love yiur vids.

Have you thought about hanging a single candle lantern in the RTD when it’s below freezing? Just one will keep a surprisingly large area warm enough to keep condensation from freezing at night . Just an idea from tent camping in freezing weather

Zora needs some clothing in that cold weather. I found going into little boy/girl section you can get clothing much cheaper then the animal store's. My chocolate lab had surgery on his leg. Dressings the vet put on just slid down his leg. Went to Walmarts little boy section and found the long sleeve tops worked wonderfully! Give it a try it's alot cheaper also then the big name pet stores.😊

I slept in the cold in my Toyota last night, apparently not as cold as where you were.

Provably low battery in the alarm that went off. Most of them do that to tell you to change the battery

It's mind boggling to me that people who have the ability to go to warm places whenever they want to, actually choose to go and stay in cold locations. If I did truck camping full time, I'd never be around snow or cold ever again. Granted living in Minnesota, I get most peoples fair share of the stuff. Regardless...snow & cold suck. But...to each their own.

Okay, I have to save this video to watch later, it’s 1am and I need to get some sleep. Lol. I picked up my 2024 TRD OR Premium yesterday (FINALLY!) and I love it! Now all I need to do is get it set up for some car camping. What Jackery do you suggest, the 1000w? I see they have a sale on them right now, $300 off. I hope you are well, warm, and enjoying beautiful Colorado! I’m hoping to start heading out west when it warms up a little.

Hate to be the one to say it, even though you don’t keel over and die when you cook in the car, you’re still getting exposed to those toxins daily. Your body will store them and wreak havoc later in life. Not saying don’t cook in your car, but crack your window at least, maybe consider an induction cooktop if you have the power.

You should do some traveling without the dog see how you like it? I still think that dog holds you back from a EHOLE lot of fun things

I'm surprised people would leave their dogs roaming all day at a campsite.😱 Hopefully they have gps collars and an area fenced off to contain them (electronically via the gps unit). I plan to get one for my puppers when we camp. Wish I could get a RTD tent, but my dog weighs too much for me to carry. Plus, he has to go potty too many times. Looking forward to taking him camping, anyway. After watching, I have to get my Chevy one of those lick mats! OMG... sad that you have to take a perfectly good vlog and defend your practices... but I know. All the camping police, kitchen police, dog police, grammar police, etc will jump all over every opportunity to tell you how you "should" be doing things. Some people are well meaning to pass on safety and easier practice tips, but there are also control freaks everywhere. 🤷‍♀️
