45 year old here just getting into bmx. Can’t wait to do my first 360 🥵

I got back into bmx yesterday after not riding for about a year, I gained some muscle and now I can 180 and manny :) Edit: I now have a 360 down 🥳

I got in the skatepark yesterday and they were thinking that I’m a pro

Since I’m getting bored at skateboarding I decided to try a bmx and so far it’s pretty fun and this video made it more fun

The only trick I can really do is a bunny hop and my highest is only 13 inches so I’m pretty bad but I’m going to try these

The frame surfing I never knew was an actual thing I just did it bc it was cool lol

I use to compete back in 1985 and these tricks were not around. Double Rolling Decade was the top trick. Great Vid

I’m curious what kind of bearings you have that makes that cool sound, and you must have a lot of air pressure in those tires. They are bouncy.

I frame surf a lot, and you can do it 1 footed too. I find it easier to put both feet on the frame, with your dominant tucked under the seat though.

The 1st one is a wheelie

If your bars are that far forward, I recommend upgrading to a longer frame, and using a frontload stem with bars that have a high rise. It would look better and feel better. Try it out before knocking it yo!

Dude no the frame surfer hit me in the nostalgic feels. I forgot I used to do that. Imagine a 7 year old kid riding the cheapest Walmart bike downhill doing a frame surfer. How my parents didn’t 5150 me is beyond me. I never fell too that’s the crazy part I’m deadass riding down asphalt frame surfing at 7-8 years old 20mph never fell I mean the cheapest bike not even bmx. I mean like a bicycle like a straight up Barbie bike some fuck ass half breed inbred bmx cruiser, the walmart special. I’m 23 now got into drugs and out of bikes. Birthday comes in about 2 weeks, my one thing I want is a bmx bike. I’m gonna get back into it and this video confirmed it for me. I was always scared about air tricks when you got to jump the bike. That’s sketched me out, I forgot you can just go old school and stand on the bike. Man I haven’t scene someone do a frame surf in atleast a decade like words can explain the nostalgia
