I made the snowflakes that came with the lights. Took them apart painted them with Nutmeg Brown added white trim around each piece, put spackling inbetween the 2 pieces and they look just like real cream filled cookies.

When my Daughter was around 3rd grade I made her a craft kit for Christmas. Similar to that kit You got for the family, I filled it with all kinds of things She could use to create anything She wanted! She played with that, and I added to it for years! I wanted to gift her something that didn’t require batteries or electricity! She made a 2 story Beanie Baby House! (I said no to the one at Hallmark for $40 lol) It was incredible! Now that She’s a Mom of 2, She’s doing similar things with her girls ❤ And that’s the best gift to me!

My favorite project from the entire video is the gingerbread advent calendar. My favorite gingerbread house from the family gathering is #1 because of all of the extra embellishments placed on it. However, all of the DIYs in this video were really cute.
