am i the only one that thinks he is typing pretty slow for 172 wpm? i type 100 wpm and I feel like I am typing just as fast as him lol maybe i just make more noise

Hey. I've been used to this keyboard since years and using it on a regular basis (almost every day of the year). I'm not concentrating on a certain technique but use my fingers how I feel like it.

Yeah and when you have those short chubby fingers, with two tiny little pinkies. They never reached out far enough for the shift, and I have to move my hands to make it work.

Oh my good.. your concentration when typing was so amazing, I can't still on that speed when I typing, exactly when I got wrong word.

Wow, it's no wonder I can't break 150 wpm, the way you're typing, it's very precise an clean, no wasted movements. Like the other comments have said, just from that, it gives the impression that you aren't even typing fast. Very good!

I only do between 70 and 80 WPM. Around 400 keystrokes regularly. But I guess it seems to be fine.

Only thing I can see from german words is they use a crap ton of vowels in their language. Your left hand barely moved from the first 4 characters of the home row and middle row. Good going none the less

Hab mal paar Wochen jeden Tag so 4-5 gemacht und jetzt paar Monate Zeit. Aber ich schreib auch viel in LoL oder Facebook z.b. Deswegen sollte das jetzt nicht unbedingt das Problem sein. This is a great example why typing isn't just black and white. He's obviously gotten into bad typing habits from gaming of using left hand ring finger to press QAZ instead of learning homerow properly. There's a good reason why your PINKY should be used for hitting the leftmost letters-namely the distance between A to T and A to G. I was getting a lot of wrist pain from doing just that and it was unavoidable-simply because I taught myself to use WASD for gaming since early childhood-but as it happens that German typing test doesn't have as many combination of AG's and AT's as English would have, and as a result, we have a typing technique that works for this specific language, but not for the other. Take my advice and don't mimic this technique-it will only cause you problems in the long run.

Every word is like 4 letters long with no punctuation, or special characters.

Du hast in deinen älteren Kommentaren etwas mit Klammern und einen Buchständer geschrieben, was meinst du damit, hilft das einen schneller zu werden? :D

Hast du irgendwelche Tipps, wie man schneller werden kann? Ich hänge seit mindestens 6 Monaten bei maximal 130 WPM. Ich komm mit meiner Grifftechnik nicht darüber hinaus.

Why all of a sudden the english sphere measures typing speed in words per minute? since it pretty much is depending on the length of the words you are typing...and many other variables as of which language your using for example. Its not comparable. And that is why typingspeed is simply measurd as of faultless keystrokes per minute. Now there you have a comparable quantity ;)
