This is some facts for people who didn't know about the noodle slide. This slide was originally from Japan, where they make Nagashi Somen. They put the noodle straight from a bamboo slide with some seasoning and sauces in it. So when the noodle come aout of the slide. It,s already fully seasoned, and u can eat it directly.

Yeah the noodle slide they are cold, and it’s a traditional Japanese thing. Those noodles you guys used definitely were wrong and heavy. The noodles they use in these things in Japan are very very light. That’s why you can eat so much of it but also the water flows faster too
