Dylan Blue has an INCREDIBLE dry down .

Most complimented fragrance I own by far. Actually love the stuff

Mixed mine with Vercase Pour Homme and Armani Parfum and made another lighter one with Elysium clone. Got too bored of Dylan Blue.

Dylan Blue got me my first compliment. It's about as safe as fragrances get. The fact that Alberto Morillas is the genius behind it is a great bonus.

Same here. My 4.2oz bottle is only missing about 2mm after owning it more than 2 years now...lol. Still smells GREAT! Absolute MONSTER performance too!

@@peterrandsman4881 I think you answered your own question friend, I have a bottle myself and bought it off of eBay. My best advice is to go off of the sellers reviews and when the seller created the account.

Elixir is a mistake? By far the most complimented scent by the ladies, for me at least 😊

While I mostly agree with your points, I was surprised that Elixir was the ONLY Sauvage that I enjoyed. What's funnier is anise/licorice is one of the few foods that I truly despise. For some reason it works in that fragrance 🤷‍♂️

@@wynonasbigbrowndragon6121 I tried Cicatrices based on just the marketing and realized I don't like licorice in perfumery either. Then again that's got a really dusty, moldering old leather with dusty licorice is the problem, I wish it was either sweeter, woodier, or fresher.

A great video idea would be an Alberto Morillas 5 fragrances for life.

I used to think that too...until I bought Kajal Lamar, Xerjoff Uden and Goldfield & Banks sunset hour. Now these have gotten me so many compliments even more than dylan blue, but dylan blue is still a monster at getting compliments such a great fragrance that definitely does get lots of attention.

Maybe you had a bad batch or a bad bottle. It's very common to have that experience and misjudge a fragrance believe it or not...

....or maybe I just don't like it. I really dont think there is anything wrong with the juice as it doesn't smell off or anything like that and it was purchased in a highly reputable store. I just don't like the scent character...especially in the dry down where the blue and ambroxan scent character seems to clash with a heavy musk. Gets messy smelling for me.

“So many people loving it” usually means its a fragcomm lovechild. YSL does not care about that at all and only about sales. The sales were not high enough for LNDL Bleu Electrique.

@@bjones111 Yeah but Armani's lineup just had to have sold...right? I mean didn't it? Absolu was one of the ritziest things I ever smelled, and Profumo was excellent for a date night, so I guess my only problem with those two is they felt ultra specialized and not really wearable around the office or going about your day so much, although I'd been meaning to pick up a bottle of Profumo at some point when it was under $70. Now that it's over $180 forget it. I like it but I don't like it that much. I can understand if Armani Code EDT was reformulated due to scarcity of materials (they literally couldn't make different types of incense in the pandemic due to shortages and logistics problems, that's why if you burned certain incense you weren't able to get specific scents during the early 2020s) but to me it almost looks like they are just being cheap and using fewer ingredients to squeeze more money out of people. Which really that's all I got to go on, because Prada Luna Rosa Black was one of the most universally loved perfumes and yet they pulled it, afaik Armani Code OG version was also Versace Eros tier popular at one point, so I really don't think it's down to just popularity or not. To me it seems like whether it's popular or not doesn't matter as much as it should.

It's seriously seductive and one of the great classics, it's a shame these houses keep discontinuing the best ones. Armani just axed their entire lineup which is so sad.

@@jasonmiszuk9870 I mean not only nothing wrong with it, especially in terms of seasonal (and odds are the average person paying attention now wasn't paying attention two years ago) and so there's nothing wrong with it turning to autumn and being all "ten classic fall fragrances for men" but it's not even repetitive, considering there's like a handful of mainline or "basic" fragrances you can always mention. He didn't even mention Dolce and Gabbana The One which imo is one of the most well known, most well liked, and most classic scents to ever be made. There's several of these I'd not even heard before.

Depends on the fragrance. I go wear nautica voyage so much i go through 100 ml a year. Other than that most of my bottles are still very far from being worried about backups

Terre d'Hermes had to grow on me. I hated the EDT the first time I smelled it. Went back to it a few months later and loved it. I have the Parfum ordered and will get it next week.

@@brandoncoomer2509 yeh I've had a few that I disliked that I like now ,Creed Royal oud,trusardi Reflesso, men in Black ,Spice bomb OG. I'll try them again when I go back to sephora .
