@@writingamongtrees I'm sorry, I didn't realize you replied until now. To answer your question though, Pro Writing Aid has been very helpful for me. I'm just starting out still and have no editor, so it's a good replacement for me; pointing out things I didn't realize I was doing.

@@Sketcho20 No worries at all! Pro Writing Aid is a great one! I like the echoes/repeating indicators on there. In the beginning an editor isn't really necessary. I would actually say I got one too early and had a rather bad experience with my first editor, so it's good to have a better grasp on you writing before letting others go through it.

@@writingamongtrees True. I'd rather learn how to edit my own work to improve my writing down the line anyway so that editing is needed less, and an editor doesn't come back to me with half my work needing a revision when I do start working with one. But that's still a bridge I'm far from crossing at the moment.
