The 500 ft available parachute moves to almost cero the fatal-accidents. You guys will make things better than the comercial aviation, where a simple failure can turn into a big time mess. Im proud of you.

This is literally the idea of my dream plane, a sporty looking aircraft and its a seaplane, hopefully gonna buy one sometime in my life. :)

I am in the process of building a 62' aluminum sailing catamaran and I have designed it to accommodate an icon a5. I plan to sail around the world with it and having an airplane on board would be incredible. My design includes a 200 gallon fuel tank and pumping system just for the plane. Many catamarans have aft lifting platforms for a dinghy or personal watercraft so with my design the lifting platform takes up much of the rear cockpit space. I have built a ridiculously large water maker so that I can produce enough fresh water to rinse the plane off after each time it's in the water. When I am in a harbor or at the dock I would be able to launch the plane and take it to land to free up space on the boat.

The titan tornado and it's progenitor the thunder gull are my dream airlanes but the a5 is just what you expect them to evolve into hence why it is now my favorite

How's chapter 11 treating you guys? Your plane is severely under powered, how much did you pay off the faa to increase cargo capacity and does it allow you to take off with 2 people AND a full fuel tank? 400k ? No wonder your in chapter 11
