Here’s what I do for mine hair growth: I start my day with yoga. For breakfast, I eat omelette, almonds, and idli. When I come back from work, I gently massage my hair. At night, I put on a few drops of liitllexttra serum of reactivate to my hair. Just doing these steps has given me good hair growth.

Eat 4 to 5 curry leaves every day ana do 10 minutes finger massage.wash u r hair with good water.dont use hard water ..wil see result within 1 month....

Hi, I gotta say these are some really useful and well rounded hair-care habits. They are straightforward, not too complex and doable. I've done some modeling in the past which was a cool adventure but the constant straightening and use of different products left my hair slightly damaged. Looking good for an audition is a chore for me - I hate it - but those quick routines at home are pretty cool. PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)
