I used to only dance in my room with headphones. I joined theatre in high school and I always got dance solos! You never know! Keep going and keep expressing yourself ❤️

Dancing is the best exercise. Keeps you fit. It is also great for mental and emotional heath!

I started dance to learn dances to kpop songs and while there dances are pretty hard there fun to do even if I always gey my directions confused! I've never had so much energy in my life and this is a great way to lose the pounds as I already run about a regular daily mile and do 2 sets of body stretches. If your just starting I recommend doing stretches before and after dancing unless you have tried dancing or have done some sort of stretching exercise already, I normally sit on a rug and try to touch my toes while bending my other leg to match the start of my leg to the knee flat agents it. I also stretch forwards and do dance fot about an hour- 2 hours daily after school. Also a benefit for me is that because I'm tired and I do this later at night I find it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep as I have sleep probelms.

I love dancing. Escpaially K-Pop choreos. I really like how there's sooooo much dances out in the K-Pop industry and I'm inlove with most of them~🖤

I'm an actual dancer and with socialness, it kinda depends. If you're doing just a class for a concert, you will make friends but with things like competitive dancing (what I do) you have to very focused so you don't really have time to muck around and talk

Dancing is difficult but if you keep doing it consistently you'll notice a huge improvemen. Watching choreography helps learn some things you can try.

Yes but you need to eat more than you normally do, dancing will keep you from getting fat but if you just exercise and not eat then you're burning calories that you don't have

No but it can help you gain muscle, don't worry, it's not a big deal if your super skinny, a girl in my dance class is hella skinny and she is an amazing dancer
