That pink night elf just refuses to die. Get helped by allies so much whenever WTii attacks the base. Game was harder than it needs to be with all that WTii carrying.

What are the nelfs using to instantly heal their units?

The moon wells, their farm equivalent. It collects mana during night time (also if that night time is artificially created via moonstone) and it can be used to heal both health and mana of an allied unit or hero. With replenishing mana being significantly more expensive than health, but I don't know the "exchange rate" for either.

Probably because the healing and mana salve are non combat. Meaning a single hit from enemy or creeps cancels it out.

17:50 why feed bats? Send to expos or mains. Noon has 2000 gold 400 wood and 31 food don't ever play 4v4
