@@GoldenRadioHour I enjoy both actually, as I adore fires in fireplaces…, the shimmering light, the crackle and pop of the fire! But I really like having the option of the dark screen for two reasons. One is that it doesn't drain the battery on your device as quickly when the screen is dark. And two, the dark is also perfect for listening while going to sleep ( it takes me hours sometimes!), or while relaxing with your eyes closed. I also can't look at the screen while at work, so the dark screen works better in that case as well because it keeps my battery usage down.👍👍 I really do appreciate being able to find these old shows on You Tube. I missed them. They bring back a lot of good memories from my childhood. I started listening to CBS Mystery Theater back then, and it grew from there. And I've always been a fan of the Twilight Zone. There was a show that my family and I were listening to on the radio in 1976 or 1977, Christmas eve, on the way to the Christmas Eve service at church. What I remember about the episode was that there were men, I think they were astronauts that landed somewhere unknown, and as they went over a large hill they came upon the crucifixion of Jesus. But then we had to leave the car to go into the church service. To this day, 48-49 years later, that has stuck with me and frustrated me because I never got to find out what happened in that episode. But because it was so long ago, I couldn't remember the name of that episode, and wasn't positive it was a CBS Mystery Theater release. ( even though that was what we used to get on the radio in Michigan back then) I have continued to try and find that episode to this day. It still drives me crazy, not knowing exactly what those men saw, and what realization they came too. Did it turn out they had actually re - landed on Earth, but during the time Jesus walked the planet, going back in time, and thus were experiencing the crucifixion? Or landed on a parallel Earth? That has stuck with me all these years and drives me insane because I haven't been able to find the correct radio show / episode. Does that sound at all familiar to you?
