I suffer from insomnia 😢I’m so tired I love this music 🎶 I can turn lights off and listen and relax even if there’s no sleep I rest my mind body and spirit 🙏😊🛌💕

I have insomnia too...what I found to help a bit is: 1. Have a routine throughout the day. 2. Take a warm bath or just soak you feet in warm water for 10-15 minutes before 1 hour when you intend to sleep. Add epsom salt and lavender oil in water. 3. Massage your body with warm oil after bath and do your skincare. 4. Light up lavender or jasmine or any calming fragrant candle when taking bath and doing night time routine. Also play some soothing music. 5. Have a cup of calming tea before going to bed. My personal choice is chamomile tea with a bit of honey, ginger and lemon. It will help with digestion as well relax the mind. 6. Do meditation before going to sleep. You can also opt to do some calming yoga poses if you want. Have a good sleep...love and hugs❤️❤️❤️🤗🤗🤗

I spend hours of my day studying with this in the background. When the reading gets a bit much I just look up and out to the horizon in this video and imagine myself lying on this beach with the hot summer sun on my face with a cool beer in my hand. It really does 'take you away' to another place. I hope that one day if work hard enough and do my studies, that I will be able to afford to go to these places several times a year for a couple weeks to let go of the stresses of work life in the UK. Thank you so much for uploading. This has made my life so much more bearable.

이 음악에 귀를 귀울이면 점점 그 소리가 저의 온 몸을 감싸고 알 수 없는 에너지가 제 몸속에 스며들며 온몸을 정화시켜주는 느낌이 듭니다. 음악에 모든 주의가 집중되고, 아무 주변 소음은 들리지 않으며 오직 머릿속에서 이 음악과 소리만 울려퍼지고, 복잡했던 생각은 물소리를 따라 서서히 씻겨 사라집니다. 그 순간 만큼은 자신을 인지할 수 없으며 자신의 육체 또한 감지하지 못합니다. 그 순간 만큼은 자신은 모든 곳에서 사라집니다.
