Wonderful to see the new plants from seeds you grew. So lucky. I have had a carnosa for over 10, maybe 20 years with many flowers, but no seed pods. My Mathilde is not so fast growing. I believe it may like warmer temperatures. I have an Endauensis which looks alot like the Kanyakumariana. It is extremely fast growing, and very forgiving. My Sigulatis is also quite a grower. I would love it if you would show us your collection of Sigulatis. I have seen many different ones for sale, but only have one myself because they did not look that different and I had heard they were more difficult to grow. Same with the Elliptica. Mine had a slow start, but it now grows very well, and is a favorite, with such pretty patterned leaves. Love your channel.

Thank you for sharing this video Fonnie- very helpful to see the update in any changes you have made in your care for these plants. I am new to pon so I am struggling with the idea of upsizing pon hoyas. At what point would you recommend to upsize the pot and do I cut of the roots in the reservoir when I upsize? My Cumingiana variegated ate the wicking cord- had no choice but to chop off the roots from the reservoir as it was not budging. At the same time my new guinea ghost rots every time I try to upsize the pot 🫤 then I have to downsize the pot again n its getting annoying.

I have detailed explanation over Pon in this video, you can check it out if it’s helpful for you 😀 kzfaq.info/get/bejne/r71kYNpeupbYYok.html I upsize my Hoyas when the water reservoir dries up super fast (ie. water reservoir emptied after 3 days after watering). Unfortunately it is inevitable to damage most water roots during the repotting. I normally don’t mind that as the Hoya will regrow these roots after a while. Just make sure your Hoya is really healthy when you repot. Hence, the repotting stress won’t impact the Hoya’s growth too much.

@@tfyfonnie Thank your Fonnie for replying😊. I had watched that video but I was still so concerned. Grabbed all the courage n did a repot on the one I was worried about. I am keeping an eye on it but it seems to be doing good so far 🙌🏼
