Bruh, I knew the government was trying to pump crap into our heads!!!!. Nah, I am only kidding. The most badass assassination attempt was Roosevelt!!! Guy shoots Roosevelt in the chest and the guy who shot him must have been mad at himself. Lol. Not only did he shoot the future President of the United States, but the man wasn't even hurt. The guy shot Roosevelt in the right spot to kill someone, but on this day it was the exact opposite. Roosevelt put his speech he intended on reading in his pocket, that pocket was directly infront of his heart. Witnesses said that Roosevelt told the police to hold on!!! Roosevelt was heard asking his killer wanna be, WHY???? WHY DID YOU SHOOT ME???? The person never responded back to him. The police wanted him to go and tale the rest of the day off. Some reports say that the bullet barely broke the skin, others say it didn't. This story is over 100yrs old and if things were changed, then we will never know the truth.

Hinkley @ age 61 was released and lives with his mother. The dude shot my favorite P.O.T.U.S and is a free man. What other country on this planet would allow this???? Only here in America baby. Lol.

The lady who’s defence was a painful period may have had PMDD (pre menstrual depressive disorder) which is kinda the worst PMS you can get to the point that some people are suicidal during that 1-2 weeks prior to the start of their cycle but then perfectly fine the rest of the time.

Fun fact: those found not guilty by reason of insanity usually spend more time in the psych ward than they would have spent in prison without the inanity plea.

There’s a more recent case of a medical student who killed one of his own children. It was a horrible case. He had been recently placed on, I believe, Provigil and his attorney subpoenaed an executive from the drug company. On the stand, she stated that “homicidal psychosis is just a thing that happens in about 6% of patients; it’s known and there’s just not much to do about it.” I was gobsmacked.

The thumbnail. I'm not sure if it's the Chicken Roommate killing or not. I remember hearing about this on the Walton & Johnson show. At first I didn't believe and when I got home, I looked it up. I never heard anything else about it. All I can say, that had to have been some good chicken to kill someone over. And then it was supposedly over 1 piece of chicken. So yeah, that would be some crazy pooh if he got off with murder...

At the other end is Charles Guiteau who was executed for James' A Garfield's assassination despite being loonier than a bedbug. But you should have included Richard Lawrence, who tried to assassinate Andrew Jackson, and was sentenced to a mental institution because he was loonier than a bedbug. (He thought he was Richard III of England and hence needed over three hundred years of financial compensation.)

Some people like crime shows to feel better about themselves, but for me it is wondering how people do these things instead of being good. So to speak. Basically, I want to know why they go bad and why others don't.

I just understand that it is within anyone to do the wrong thing and kill. Most will not, but some do. So I was curious as to what makes them do so. Complex question to delve into. Turns out many different things cause it. Never just one thing either, except exceptions. Some causes are shared by many troubled people. Many again are somewhat random. I am not trying to give sympathy to killers or make them more human. They are human. That's the part that bothers me. However, by and large they are troubled( abused mentally, physically, verbally or any mix thereof) and that's just the tip of the iceberg. Guess I got my answer after all.
