This is my take on the "10 Levels" plot as applied to a branch of sleight of hand card manipulation: finding the four aces!

This is NOT meant to be an instructional video on how to cheat at cards or on how to protect yourself from cheating. Don't watch this video and then try this stuff in a game or think you can’t be cheated. I make these videos for entertainment so that people can more deeply appreciate the craft and the art of sleight-of-hand. Levels 1-4 are a variation of Edward Marlo's Miracle Aces, published in Faro Controlled Miracles. I first learned a version of that routine from Card College Vol. 3 by Roberto Giobbi. If you know what you're looking for, you'll spot a relic of the late Rod the Hop -- a full description is in Steve Forte's Gambling Sleight-of-Hand books. The final production used in Level 4 is the Benzais Spin-Out move. The production used for level 5 is known as the Friction Toss, which dates back to Professor Hoffmann's Modern Magic. Level 6 is based on a production by Steve Freeman. Levels 7-10 are a handling of the Ambitious Aces plot, which apparently originated with Hofzinser. My handling involves techniques and principles from Jean Hugard, Frederick Braue, Wesley James, and Tom Ellis.
