Hi Mel, if I lose everything, the 10 things I would like to get back all have sentimental value for me, rather than economic value, and they would be: my diamond ring, my 3 pairs of diamond earrings, 3 of my tennis bracelets (one I have to exclude it because I want to include another item), the Rolex, the Cartier Tank and the mink coat. Although I have several beautiful bags (but none of Hermes), I prefer fine jewelry. I was sure your first item would be the green Birkin! 😘

This is an easy one for me because I don’t have much more than 10 luxury designer items anyway so my answer would be all of them. When it comes to fine jewellery that’s a lot harder. I have been collecting for 40 years and have reached the age where I have also inherited a lot of fine jewellery so that one is too hard.

Love the twilly on the Kelly! Gives it edge without losing the feminine look of the Kelly! I was looking hard for that one specifically but couldn’t find any in the resale market so I settled with the black white les leopard one.

Good morning from the states, Mel! This is a great tag video. Fun to see what everyone chooses, and interesting how most choices end up being so practical when they get down to just a handful. Also wanted to mention, GREAT work on the dig into chanel's price increases over the years. That was a very extensive spread sheet and very sobering. I happen to adore pre-loved anyway, (even though chanel is still waaaaaay out of my price range, but it's fun to look and keep up with the market changes) so I really appreciate this. Thank you.

Hey there, Mel! I love watching your videos and seeing parts of your collection. I don’t have any ultra luxury handbags or accessories. I do own a pair of genuine diamond earrings. I have several Dooney & Bourke handbags and a March Jacobs the Tote Bag in medium and I have three SLGs (2 Dooneys and 1 Marc Jacobs wallets). I’m hoping to own something higher end someday. Have you had any issues with your malachite VCA earrings as far as the stones changing?

Not at all. I’ve had them over 4 years and they are still perfect. I’m just very careful not to get them near water as malachite is more delicate than the other stones x

Not at all. I’ve used my cardholder so much and corners are still fine. I think YSL would repair it if was within a reasonable amount of time but I’ve had mine for over a year and it still looks brand new. X

Bonjour de la Belgique 🇧🇪 Mel 🤗💛, j’ai enfin mon Kelly 28 Gold Togo retourne, palladium 😜❤️, je suis allée chez Hermès à Bruxelles, pour acheter un nouveau Bracelet pour ma montre Hermès H 21 et Brillants aux heures, que j’avais acheté l’année dernière, et jamais utilisée 😳😂, mais cela, pour rappeler au conseiller de vente, que l’année dernière j’étais venue pour m’offrir une montre, pour avoir un historique d’achats Hermès, pour m’offrir un Sac , et l’année dernière le 22 juin 2022 , la conseillère me demandait ce que je désirais comme sacs , et elle prenait notes de mon souhait, j’étais très très contente et étonnée, et au mois D’octobre quand je téléphone, Hermès me dit que rien n’a été pris en conte sur mon souhait noté par la demoiselle 😳😢, et Hermès Bruxelles me dit que je prenne contacte au mois de janvier ou Février, le lundi 13 février je me suis rendue chez Hermès à Bruxelles, pour un achat de bracelet montre H, et expliquer mon souci de l’année dernière, et bien, mon conseiller de vente de cette année, a quitté sa place pour revenir avec une boîte 😳😜 orange, en me disant que parfois Hermès fessait plaisir au client 😜, et que c’était le sac que je désirais 😳😜❤️, donc j’ai aussi acheté 1 Rodéo, et 3 Twilly 😜❤️, et le prochain qui est sur mon cœur, un Kelly 32 noir Togo retourne 😜❤️, le seul problème pour les Kelly la bandoulière ne fait que 90 cm, pas possible de le porter en cross body 🤔😢, donc je cherche une bandoulière plus grande. Moi qui était Brillant Delvaux 😜❤️, je viens de faire une entorse à mes envies de Maison de Sacs de luxes 😜❤️ je pense qu’ils vont se disputés dans l’armoire 😂, Mel, en vous regardant avec grand plaisir, je passe un bon moment avec votre belle collection, bien à vous, de Namur en Belgique 🇧🇪 🤗💛
