Tip. Kinda... Dont use any cup made of glass in your microwave unless it is microwave safe (it should be labelled as such).This should be common sense but just a friendly reminder. Most of it should but... If it isn't labelled at all you can fill it with water and keep it in the microwave for 30 seconds or so. The water should be hotter than the cup, if the cup is hotter then it is not safe. Also. Don’t use anything that has a metal lining.

True, my old bits and pieces of ironstone crockery gets really hot but our real China and newer non China items don't get hot. Also, no gold or silver trimmed cups etc. in the microwave. And those mugs they put your own photos on? Don't microwave those either, the pictures disappear fast if microwaved.😣

a loaf of bread shouldn't get stale if the bag is sealed after use. and put it in the fridge for a little in its original bag, it will be soggy!

Here’s a microwave hack my mom taught me over 25 yrs ago. You can cook pasta in the microwave. It takes between eight and 15 mins total, no waiting for water to boil. Place dried pasta in microwave safe glass bowl or baking dish. Pour water over to cover by at least two inches. Place wooden spoon across the top of the bowl (to prevent boil over). Nuke 8-10 mins on high for string (spaghetti) pasta, 12-15 mins for shapes (penne, ziti). You can tell by stirring it when it’s done, but you can of course taste test it. Bowl will be super hot. Use oven mitts when removing bowl from microwave; drain. You can now serve drained pasta in hot bowl, which will keep pasta warm longer.

I tried the chocolate cake recipe at 3:00 does work can confirm. I only used 3 tbsp sugar bc I don’t like it too sweet. Would probably only use 3tbsp of canola oil next time.

The bread one works, I've tried it. It gave me excellent bread that was good as new and super crispy. Edit: The condensed milk doesn't really work all that well though it tastes super weird.

2:57 As much as I hate to say it, this one actually did work very well. A bit too chewy, but worked very well. Good for a late night snack. Recommend eating with peanut butter or icecream.

I chop my parsley and open freeze and bag it. I put it back in the freezer, take out as I need it. I stays green and still looks freshly chopped. Not at all like bottled parsley bought at the supermarket.
