It totally amazes me how 10 min. can be a total burn on my arms. I'm loving it. I'm really enjoying working first with the heavier weights and then the lighter weights. Thanks for mixing things up.

Omg! The lighter weights movements are the killer moves! I did 5 lb weights for heavy and 3 lb weights for lighter! Next will be 8 lb weights very soon! Love your workouts!

Hi! Yes, give them a bit of a rest. If you feel like doing one more day of arms- go for it. I usually will go to more lower body, abs and mostly legs (lunges, squats or a run outside).

Love this challenge! I was looking forward to today. I have a hard time keeping up with the speed of the bicep curls when they are at shoulder height. I am not sure if it because my arms are long...? Any advice?

I did the fast cardio pumps in the air with 6 lbs each arm I like 7 that's perfect I'm very strong my back is super strong ! ( Built up bone mass over years ) my arms loved it be gone arm fat I'm divorcing my arm fat and bra armpit fat !!!!

I did the rows today while walking up down shirt hilly street near my building beautiful postcard gorgeous hired of s f city bay bridge water then hills mountains on other side of hilly area I pumped fast up in air that my arms fat needed !
